Time to make the donuts! Well, it was about 4pm and I guess Dunkin only gets X amount of donuts from the industrial park in the morning. Piss poor selection, but the two I got, a coconut and a bluberry were tasty. As usual, my usual, med. hot hazelnut, no sugar, 4 creams was superb. The associate was very cordial, on the ball, and apologized for the lack of donuts.

Just waited AT THE WINDOW for 10 minutes for my food to be messed up. I ordered 2 veggie cream cheese plain bagels, almost none on the bagels. My wrap is burnt and my two drinks that came back that were supposed to be coconut, even states coconut on the cup, didn’t have any. Why did I wait 10 minutes if my stuff was not going to be made properly?

Seems the service depends on the mood that day. This one is really close to my house, so I love to go for convenience, but it’s just not worth it. The associates at all other locations are much nicer. Once in a while we get sandwiches that aren’t made with much care ~ not a huge deal, really. This one takes the cake, though. Half an egg on each?

Its hit or miss when going here. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes not. About par for most Dunkin’s I’ve ever been too unfortunatly. And pricing is getting out of control. $5.88 for a med frozen coffee. Are you for real ?

(Dunkin on Sabattus street in Lewiston)Only revived “yup” to everything we said but sounded rude on our end. Also got a Blue coolatta little over half full due to machine breaking down. We didn’t even get to ask for money back just handed it over and walked away. Not impressed!

I ordered ahead I got there the lady took my name then I saw her go make a ice coffee I did not order that then I saw a person filling the donuts he noticed me just waiting asked what I ordered he then gave it to me it was sitting right there by the door !! Not impressed I ordered and payed ahead and had to wait when it was sitting right there! The drive through lady obviously needs more training!

I moved to Lewiston over a year ago and this Dunkin is very close to my house. I have gone here easily 100 times so I have plenty of experience with this place. Some days it is spot on but most days it is not a good experience. I know they have high turn over so I try to be as patient as possible. I am always nice to them regardless of how they are toward me. I order using the On The Go app a lot so they have plenty of notice. However, I would say that only half the time do they get my order right. The flavor shots are lacking, as they put in less than other places. I love the pink velvet and pumpkin but I can’t taste them some days. I’ve gotten hot coffee with it spilled all over the cup and then my car has gotten sticky at least four times. I’ve ordered hot latte on more than one occasion and gotten cold coffee. I have been given other people’s orders enough that I need to check before I leave. Multiple times there are coffee grounds in the cup. I can understand a few coffee grounds but there have been 1/4 inch in my iced coffee more than once. One time I got to work and the coffee smelled fishy. I had to dump it out. Sometimes they are extremely nice but 75% of the time, they don’t have basic manners. When you give a customer their order, maybe say “Have a nice day” or something like that. I’ve gotten “Yup” and other times nothing all too often. There was one younger woman who was working recently who was excellent. When they didn’t have what I wanted she gave me extra donuts. I could hear her insisting that the cashier give me more. Maybe she was a manager from another place because I haven’t seen her since. I have been doing experiments to see what time is best. I just went at 6:30 an my On The Go order was perfect. I’ll keep trying. Intermittent reinforcement is a powerful thing! 🙂

My boyfriend I went through the drive through and placed two separate orders. We we’re going to pay separately because I had a free drink reward. When we got to the window and said we had two orders my boyfriend gave his car for his order and payed. The worker then charged him for both orders then didn’t want to give us a refund. After arguing they got the manager to refund my boyfriend then I payed with my drink reward. Also when we drove away and looked at our food it was made wrong.
