Ordered a family chicken meal with slaw, red bean/rice, and Mac/cheese. We had a total of $50-ish dollars. We gave her $60. The girl opened the window after about 5 min and said “I’m sorry. . . But how much did u give me?” (With 3 twenty’s in her hand). We were told to pull up and wait by the trash can (how appetizing)

I got a 4pc spicy combo with Macaroni and cheese. The Macaroni and cheese seemed old. The wing in my meal wasn’t spicy, the thigh seemed like it had been under the warmer too long. The breast and leg were fine and the biscuit was soft warm and buttery. It was a take out but got plated for in house. Then had to wait for it to be boxed right. They seemed under staffed.

I came in with my girlfriend and was not greeted, while ordering the bigger lady with red hair and a black shirt was not reading my order back, i got the two piece with a biscuit free and added fries and an extra piece of chicken and did not receive another piece (she forgot to add it on) I proceeded to get a diet coke and it tasted like carbonated water, when i told the same lady she proceeded to tell me she would check on it but it was probably fine because she changed it the night before (not helping my problem at all) when i received my food i asked for honey, at first she ignored me and i asked again, she quickly gave me it and i said thank you to which she replied “mhmm” in a very passive aggressive tone, she seemed very rude to the other employees too, i eat here about once a week and none of the other staff are as rude as she is, the food was still good though.

Popeyes food is good. I ordered a three piece meal and the order take said he would get it to my right away. During the Fifteen minutes I waited for my food, workers disappeared from the kitchen. Then reappeared to get the drive thru orders. I approached the counter and a worker from the back asked if he could help me. I said I’m waiting for my order. Finally my order taker came back to the counter and realized no one gave me the food I ordered and paid for. He was kind enough to increase my order and offer additional items. The restaurant area was filthy. I had to clean/ wipe off my own table. There were crumbs and trash on the floor. Not sure I would revisit this location.
