It’s my birthday and we got a mushroom, pepperoni, and ham extra large pizza. It taste fairly delicious. The time of delivery is standard but I think they was running a bit behind due to 45 minutes wait time. I was way cool with that. Thank you for the awesome food.

The cashier had an attitude when talking on the phone to place an order and when I picked it up. The pizza was pretty good but I recommend to check your order every single time before leaving. They shorted me on the wings. I told the cashier and she went to the back with my order of wings to get the missing wing and came back with it but never apologized for it.

Your manager Kevin has great customer service he took care of me when they didn’t have my pizza I ordered instead of just giving me the pizza for free he made it where I only paid 25%. He didn’t have to that but he made it right and I appreciate it. Just wanted Barros to know they have great people working for them!!!

It sucks because their food is good but without fail, Every. Single. Time. Something is wrong with our order. Order pizza with just white sauce the receipt will say no pizza sauce add white sauce. Order a pizza with pizza sauce AND add white sauce, the receipt will say add white sauce, (and nothing about pizza sauce) but you’ll get a pizza without the pizza sauce. If you Google white sauce for pizza its literally a white alfredo like sauce, theirs is only oil and garlic. You order thin crust and get the regular crust but it’s more like deep dish on the mini pizza. For awhile their online ordering would mess up each time. Each time my bf got something on only half his pizza, my pizza would come with one of his toppings also added on mine, which is always only pepperoni. So mine would come with pepperoni and onions, or pepperoni and bacon, ect. We learned the hard way the email receipt would show the error but you couldn’t look up your order on the actual website after paying so to correct my pizza we’d have to pay for a whole new pizza. I started screen shoting the order on the website too show the error. Other times things would still be wrong like he would get well done and i wouldn’t, but they wouldn’t cook his well done that has normal crust and tons of toppings but cook mine well done which is thin crust and it would be like a crisp Tortilla. Like I said the food is good and we really tried to make it work for 2 years but after this last time we are breaking up with Barros.

Ordered in-store during the slower part of the day. The ticket gave a 30 minute wait time…for a sandwich(cold) and a salad. It took about 20-25 minutes to get out with maybe one or two people ahead. I’m sure there were online orders as well but it was definitely weird waiting so long. The food was really really good though, so no complaints there, and staff were really friendly!

Our pizza was absolutely delicious! Once you find a Barro’s Pizza close to you. You’ll not be satisfied with anything else. Their perfect hand tossed crust and superb sauce plus fresh toppings were worth the wait.

I love Barro’s Pizza but this location is really slow compared to others. Waited over 25 minutes for 12 wings with less than 10 people in the restaurant at the time the order was placed.

We had barrows for the first time Saturday 3/19/23. I called in the order for pick up. The lady on the phone was speedy but nice & efficient. Even though we were a little late in picking it up by the time we got it home the pizza was still very warm. We ordered the supreme (they call it something else, I don’t remember) The pizza was absolutely delicious & there was no need for ranch to dip it into, like what we usually do with bad pizza. We will most definitely be returning to Barrows to explore more of their menu. Thank you for a great dinner. BTW, we ordered a large cheese, a large pepperoni & a large supreme. It all fed 5 adults & 5 kids and there were leftovers.

I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming to Barro’s for so long I should own stock. I remember meeting grandma Barro at Angelo’s 2nd store in Mesa. I have always thought that Barros Pizza is extremely thick it’s too much dough on their pizza… so I tried it again and yeah still too much for my taste. Their wings are okay. They get a plus for keeping things so organized due to the Covid 19 with their social distance etc .. oh and they have a cute little toddler area.
