Dinner with friends. Appetizers were fried lobster, short ribs, tuna tostada, stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes. Entrees were Braised short ribs, Sea Bass, Prime rib. All was well prepared. Fish was butter soft, prime rib with the salt crust was delicious, Braised short ribs tasted marinated in something like a teriyaki, not my favorite but tasty. We were serenaded by a pianist while we ate. She was good. Played some Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, even some Michael Jackson! Overall I’ll be back. It’s a must when visiting Rivers Casino.

Was so looking forward to a great dinner. Our waitress Namma(?) was miserable. We had to ask for everything. Bread butter drinks. Ordered my burger medium well. It was medium rare. My friends soup never arrived until she asked for it. The waitress said that was all she ordered when she had clearly ordered chicken. Then she said I will reorder it. Takes 25 minutes. So she ordered a quick shrimp cocktail which was promptly brought out, along with the chicken dinner that , oh yes you did order it !!!! So now she has 2 appetizers and a complete dinner. She said now I will pass on the chicken! My husbands pork chop (30) was dry as could be. All in all a horrible experience for a birthday dinner.

Disappointing for the price. The oysters weren’t great, the calamari was extremely bland. My stuffed sole was underwhelming and very watery. My fiance’s dinner was decent. The only thing that was great was the risotto. For a $143 meal, it was nowhere near worth it. The other restaurants in the casino are better and much cheaper.

I ordered a medium rare burger and received a burnt hockey puck. Worst burger I have ever had. If they can’t cook a burger correct I can’t imagine a steak. I do not recommend.

Recently had dinner at the Chophouse and sat at the bar. The food was good, unfortunately the bartender and service were the worst I have ever experienced in my entire dining history and working in the restaurant industry.

We were there for Mother’s Day. We weren’t aware they were doing a buffet but it didn’t deter us. Food was good with a very impressive selection. Our waitress was excellent. The issue was we had a 6PM reservation and serving went until 7PM. Things were very picked over and out of many things especially on the desert island. At this kind of establishment with premium prices you should not get a second rate experience due to a late seating.

My husband made a reservation for our 18th anniversary . The food was amazing! We got our food very fast. Our server Theresa made the experience alot better she was so very helpful knowledgeable and her personality was awesome. I hope she gets recognized for this. We will be returning and hope we get Theresa again as a server

The food was absolutely the best. This was confirmed by everyone of a reserved party of 20. The only issue was the slow service in a half empty restaurant. It took 30 minutes to get drinks, bread and water and 2 hours to get our food. We were not happy until we tasted our meals which were amazing..Kudos to the Chef…3 Stars due to slow service…otherwise 5 stars…✅

Incredibly depressed by the hostess at dukes steak house. We showed up at 9:32pm asked if still taking seating she looked around and said no we stopped seating at 9:30. Now coming from a family that owned a franchise of restaurants i do understand the cut off times. But being a casino… wouldn’t you want your patrions to stay slightly longer enjoy food and spend money? Totally understandable. Terrible taste in my mouth for my wife and I wedding anniversary.

I had high expectations for this restaurant. We sat at the bar. We ordered an appetizer, it took 45 minutes for calamari!! We asked about it a few times, we were told 3 minutes, any time, etc. when it did arrive it was soggy and cold. I watched the bartender pour more of the alcohol on the metal grate than in the drinks, my toes curled watching the pour-over waste. Ginger and Jamo is what we ordered .5 Oz of whiskey. That’s it, not even 1oz. My husband finished his “Gingerale” well before our calamari came out and the bartender never asked if he wanted another drink or needed anything else. Extremely disappointed and happy we didn’t order an actual meal, we’d still be waiting for it.
