I’ve been working on a construction site nearby, so I’ve been getting lunch here semi-regularly. It’s pretty standard Arby’s fare, but what bumps this specific location to 5 stars for me is the customer service. The lady at the counter, Regina, is an absolute gem. She is one of the friendliest and outgoing people I’ve ever met. She often makes conversation with customers while they’re ordering, is always happy to make recommendations, and is overall a delight. I don’t know if she’ll ever see this, but she deserves every commendation for the wonderful job she does.

We always order here, food is always good. I downloaded the app for the first time to order. We ordered several items including 2 Brisket Burgers. Sadly the Brisket was so tough, it was like jerky. I spent $50 and still needed to make myself lunch. Disappointed

Today’s cashier was constantly working. When the customers are not at ordering counter, she was wiping the tables and floor. I don’t know her name, but she was black young lady. She was polite and nice. I hope all workers are like her.
