I visited this location twice today. In the morning I appeared to be the first customer. The staff was busy cleaning the restaurant and prepping for the day. The two who were at the front we’re very pleasant a young man and a young woman with a happy and pleasant attitude. The food was good and the service was excellent. I would definitely give the first visit five stars.

I have been here twice since it has reopened. First time was around 5pm on a Saturday and it was very busy. The waitress I had a wonderful attitude and was great! The food was also very good getting to the table in a timely manner. Now, the second time I went was around 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. I was waited on fairly quick but aside from that I didn’t see my waitress at all. I was one of three tables in the building and waited nearly 40 minutes for my meal, “MVP Breakfast”. I will say everything was hot when I got it but compared to my last visit, which I ordered the same thing, the quality was no where near as good. First visit definitely a 5 star rating. My second visit I’ll give it a 2 star rating, the tea was pretty tasty haha.

Terrible service. There approximately ten people there and Cynthia the Manager was telling people there would be an hour wait as they walked in, telling customers that had taken their seat that she was only one person and would get there when she could. At one point she told a coworker to “lock the door, I don’t care if they fire me.” It was totally unprofessional. The food was fine but the experience will keep me from going back. I understand being short staffed and frustrated but you don’t let that show to the customers, you should hold your head high and do the best you can.

Service was very good. The location just opened so one can tell that the waitresses aren’t completely confident, but they make up with it by attentiveness and enthusiasm. A refresher from most places which just throw some drinks at you and then ignore you for the rest of the time. Food service was a bit on the slow side. I’m sure this will be fixed with time as their cook learns the workload and the ideal way to do things. Food quality was real good. The amount they give you as all Huddle Houses is largely absurd and too much, but that is never a negative. Given that the location is new, all the furniture is new and in great condition and everything is very clean as well. Lets hope it stays that way.

Server Ebony was very polite and attentive. The manager made her wait 5 minutes before she could verify my coupon. She then asked me how my service was as well as my server. I then gave a positive response and she reaponded with something sarcastic and negative about the server. I have had the same server the last two times I’ve visited with perfect service. Yet, the manager appears to be very disrespectful to her.

This was the worst experience since we went to farmville. 7 employees. 3 customers still got our food wrong after waiting an hr. Not in sync. Everyone talking. Waitress messed up so cook messed up. We sent in 2 allergies warnings still gave us food we’re allergic 2. Thanks but no thanks. Bad shift? Need for training up here. Thoroughly Dissapointed. id give a negative star if i could.

Sat for over 10 minutes at the counter waiting to place my order. Was never acknowledged. Waitress kept fiddling with her order pad right in front of me, but never acknowledged me or took my order. Eventually she walked off to talk to someone. Cashier had to tell her numerous times to take orders and give them to the cook. Not impressed.

I went back based on the experience I had the previous Sunday. This time not so good. My shrimp were overcooked and my steak was dry. I hope they stay around but if it’s gonna keep being hit or miss… also the employees need to look happier. Now if I could have the team they had on July 8th around 3 or4pm I would definitely come back.
