Well I ordered 6 piece chicken basket, and the price was 8.49 on the menu board. When I looked at my receipt, it was 9. 59. Overcharged. Got told that meal don’t come with drink. It’s a meal it comes with a drink. Well, the new owner looked at me and acted like he didn’t know what happened and nothing I can do. Had call corp office, and I will keep u posted what happens. Also, not counting the chicken tenders were soggy like they were cooked in warm grease. Bread was hard, and fries were cold and all sticking together like they were un frozen and frozen again to cook.

Very rude staff. Waited over 20 minutes just to give my order. One of the cooks was scratching her hair and didn’t bother changing gloves and went on to prep food like that. Needless to say the customers behind me called her out on it and left the restaurant. Customer service was atrocious. Rolling their eyes for no reason. Was just there for a small ice cream and waited 30 mins.

The food was what you would expect, good. Price was right. Inside was clean, not crowded. The staff took a bit to realize we were there to take our order. The staff was very focused on talking to each other and not the customers.

What’s going on with this place? 22 minutes to get 3 ice creams. You can’t make this up. Came last week and was even worse. Then they take and place the orders up on the counter and don’t call anything out. So if you’re sitting youd have no idea your order was up. I mean there’s a number at the top of the ticket.

This place is the worst of all the DQ’s I’ve been to, staff is rude they don’t care if you are there to order anything or not. The place is unclean and the workers play with the food and do not use gloves nor do they change their gloves. Place and employees are just plain out right NASTY. All this went just trying to get a blizzard. Not worth it.

The food was terrible. Chicken tenders were too hard to eat ( should be chicken rocks) ! The fries were cold, no toast, and had to throw it all away, a waste of $21.00. We would have been better off going to McDonald’s, which I hate, at least the fries would’ve been hot.

Nasty dirty tables. Food was not what it was 20 yrs ago. The counter person went into the dining area looking at the tables. She did not whipe any down. The only thing she did was to pick up a single packet of salt and threw it away. Another couple complained and after several minutes the counter came out and wiped 2 booths. She then did not wash her hands and continued to handle people’s food. I am done with DQ forever.
