I always DoorDash from this location and my food is always fresh. The delicious bacon and bean burritos with Christmas chili or the NM LOTABURGER are the winners. Burritos are nice and stuffed and burgers are great. The fries are a staple and definitely necessary.

Visit to Santa Fe isn’t completed unless you grab a breakfast burrito here. Unfortunately for me I tried the green chili burger instead. It really seemed to lack taste compared to the spoiling’s of Whataburger back in Texas. Next time I am in the area I will try the burrito. Their iced coffee is pretty solid tho!

I love Blake’s Lotaburger, the food is always wonderful. (Burgers are getting smaller as time goes on). That said I visited this location and encountered Ray who acts very put off when taking the order and rude when asked a question. As I sat waiting I observed he was this way with other patrons as There is something to be said for courteous customer service. Otherwise food is always good.

This Blakes was great! The food is always good! The place is clean and the service was awesome! Tom the manager is a very nice and informative guy! Giving it a 4 star because our orders the second time we went weren’t very accurate with one of our doubles only having a single. All in all one of the most bomb places to eat!

While I waited patiently for the cashier/greeter/order taker to conclude his phone conversation, I observed 3 additional staff doing nothing at all work related. Once he hung up, he immediately answered another call but could have easily said, I’ll be right with you. That is just basic customer service.Everybody in there was rude or not helpful. Now i know why the parking lot is always empty here. I would advice skipping this place if you extend and appreciate respect.

I visited this store because my kids love burritos and burgers and oh course seasoned fries. When I arrived to the store, I noticed that it was cleaned and smelled good, there was this young lady at the register and she welcomed me and smile at me asking me how she could help me. I ordered a #3 and seasoned fries and two plain itsa burgers, my order didn’t take long and my order was rigth. Damaris asked me if I wanted ketchup. She made me feel welcome and appreciated it.
