The staff here are amazing. 10/10. Met up with a friend for coffee. A mentally ill person came into the cafe and started to scream at us. The employee help guide the lady out of the store while keeping calm. He also made sure to check on us before and after the situation escalated. Thank you!!!!

Surprised at the wait time and not pleased with the coffee. As a rule, much prefer Peets to the ubiquitous coffee chain, but today’s coffee had a strong bitter aftertaste. Staff was friendly and polite, and they gave status updates as to your place in the coffee-making line, which was helpful. The location was super handy, after leaving the San Francisco Airport on the way to Alameda.
