Visited 7PM on a Friday. Server had a trainee, the trainee did a better job. First thing, was we ordered 3 of the same drinks, got 2 and a random 3rd drink. The bread was warm but collapsed and was near impossible to cut. We ordered side salads with our meals, with vinaigrette, Italian, and ranch. The side salads all came out with ranch. I ordered chicken marsala and the chicken was so dry I couldn’t even cut it. My wife ordered the Cesar salad and was drenched, dripping in dressing, her sister ordered clams with pasta, she got mussels and half of them were still closed. Either way bad experience, bad food, music is too loud to have a conversation and we sat the furthest from the band they could seat us. Really bad restaurant experience.

Let me start by saying I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I know times are tough with restaurants. But this was horrible. We went for breakfast waited 1 hour for our food. Our waitress never stopped back to offer more coffee or drinks. We received our food it was cold, one order was wrong. When we tried to talk to the waitress about it she got nasty with us. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. If a manager talks to customers like that she should not be in the hospitality business. We had two people come down with FOOD POISONING. Both went to urgent care. Please be careful if you choose to eat at this restaurant.

Came to try the famous roast beef and the upside down pineapple daiquiri. Also thought that since I came to pay, I would be able to sit on the side of the pool. It wasn’t until after I ordered everything that I was told I wasn’t allowed in that area. As a local that enjoys supporting local companies I find it offensive that we were spoken to as if we were no bodies. I plan celebrity events often for the company I own & rent out venues and rooms regularly. I promise I will never rent out this place for any event. How you treat people is everything.

Me and my husband went for lunch around 1230. There were 2 other tables with people there. One with 2 people about to leave and one with 5 people. It took them awhile to come take our order. Than he remembered he didn’t ask for drinks. Which he got wrong. Than he bought my husband his soul with no spoon until out food came out. Appetizers and food all at once. I ordered cheesteak egg rolls which were partially burnt. Never came to check on us. When we were done he walked to our table and just stood there for about 15 seconds just staring at us then asked if we wanted the check. Location is convenient but wouldn’t go back.

We got there at 20 of 12, the made us wait until 12 for lunch , the owner came in with a party of three and they were served before us . It was another 20 mins before the appetizers came out, about 40 mins before the drinks came. And the food was average at best . They had one server making drinks ( behind the bar) and waiting on all the tables. I felt bad for her.
