Burn After reading
This is our first visit. We did enjoy ourselves over all. The prices were very fair. The place was clean. Our only critique is the chicken was very salty. The rice and beans were very good. We will definitely be back and try it again.

Update for 2022. Still the best food in Mt. Washington. We still go often. Not that there are a lot of food options locally, but even if there was, I’d still pick this place. The kitchen staff seem like they enjoy being there, says something for the place. The new server is nice and recognizes us. Go for the food, it’s worth it!

Horrible! The beef and chicken were so salty you couldn’t eat it! I’ve had country ham that wasn’t so salty. Missing guacamole and pico! The only good thing about the meal is that is was delivered from grub hub!

Food was Great, but our Waiter left & didn’t even come by and tell he was handing us off to another Waiter. We had to ask for help getting our bill. If the Waiter issue had not come up, I would have given them a 5 Star Rating.

Bad service. Sat there for half a hour to get someone who didn’t want to be there. He obviously had something better to do because I was one of two groups there. The salsa was bland and so was the burrito.

The bald waiter with glasses is very rude to every customer. We have eaten here almost weekly for over a year and he hasn’t changed so it’s more than just a bad day. He’s never once greeted us properly, thanked us for our business, or even cracked a smile. It’s almost as if he is mad that you came. In instances where the order was wrong he has argued. If the receipt was wrong he has wadded it up and slammed it on the ground. Spilled drink isn’t an “it’s ok it happens” but instead a huffing and puffing grumpy old man that slams a towel on the table. We say please and thank you without any return of the kindness. I shouldn’t feel as if I am imposing on you by spending my money in your place of employment. As a customer I should feel welcomed and appreciated. However, it has been a great teaching moment for my kids many times on how to return anger with kindness, how to diffuse hostility with manners, and how not to treat another person…especially a customer. I’ve eaten here for the last time. There are many other Mexican restaurants with kind waiters that appreciate you. I would advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere. And if you’re the owner reading this, shame on you for allowing this kind of behavior or for not knowing.

Just like another reviewer posted. Same thing ! Bald guy with glasses awful customer service. Rude, not friendly at all. Me and my husband got the fajitas for 2 and they give you 3 small flour tortillas for each of you but more then likely your going to need more. They charged us 2.50 for extras! Did not see till we got the bill. Food was not even that great and the customer service is just so bad. Save your money go somewhere better trust me.

Food was hit and miss. Missed a couple orders by a mile. Ordered bean and cheese burrito and got a beef burrito. Waiter was having a day I guess, threw the queso bowl down on the table in front of me. We were a group of 12 with 7 kids so i understand that isnt a favorite situation. Doesn’t give the waiter an excuse to be short with everyone.
