I’m sorry this but particular location generally take forever to deliver every time and I live down the street. Tried their newest pizza Melts and while it sounded and looked like a great idea, I would not recommend it (at least not from this location) it was dry & burnt to a crisp. Not even the sauces they included could save it. The flavors are good and like I said it’s a great idea and concept but perhaps if they were just a tad less burnt. Like a light flaky outer crust would be great. Nonetheless staff is kind and amiable.

Placed my order online during the lunchtime rush. I live above a business and our main entry is always locked I specified to call upon arrival. To my surprise I was called (usually no delivery person ever reads the notes) and the pizza was hot, crispy and on time. I was very satisfied with my order. Thanks Pizza Hut!

There is a guy at this location, that is awesome he so nice and respectful with a positive attitude and great customer service. I don’t know his name he is tall with a beard, black guy. The whole team is great but he stands out more. Such great customer service. You don’t go many places now and get treated with respect. Everyone now working in customer has an attitude and they don’t care if you ask for a manager because the manager is just as bad. Great job to this Pizza Hut and their team.

I am giving 3 stars because usually we have great experiences with this Pizza Hut, however this time the dough was very undercooked which made the pizza inedible. $30 and we couldn’t even eat the food. Not only was the undercooked dough gross but this sort of thing can cause food poisoning or worse bacterial issues. I am not sure how you send out an undercooked pizza or why it wasn’t checked. It is also annoying that the pizza is never fully cut and we end up having to burn our hands to try and cut it in order to get a slice from the box (this is a consistent problem).

Ordered online for delivery at around midnight. Mind you, their hours say they close at 1 a.m. My food never arrived… then when I tried calling them around 12:30 a.m., I got the phone message that they were already closed. Bunch of lazy workers who probably closed early and left. To top things off, I paid online. So I was left without food and got robbed 30 bucks.

Disgusting! Can’t believe this place can get away with selling you items that are 6+ months expired! When showing their management, they acknowledged what they served is expired, but wouldn’t even refund me for the trash they serve. I didnt want to write this, just wanted my money back only for the expired items. They said they couldnt do anything, talking about only store credit. Who in their right mind would want go back here?

I ordered here last week online hoping to eat in the dining room during my lunch with my family (since I only had 30 mins to eat with them) but the guy working at the time said the dining area was closed and it opens at 4pm. It made no sense that they had the dining area closed when there was no sign saying the dining area was closed / opened at a certain time. The worker then said that they can’t have the dining area open due to covid and that there hasn’t been an inspection for them to allow dine in. Which threw me off because he had mentioned that the dining area opens at 4pm.. So I was confused to why he said 4 pm but then says they’re not allowed to have dine in..? Not to mention I’ve come during my lunch hour at 12pm to come eat here before, even during COVID.
