This is my first and last time ordering from yall the worst customer service the lady that took my order was just not an ok and to finished it they brought the order wrong cheese crust the pizza seem it was not well done at all i had to repeat my info not only one but multiple times next time pay attention and always make sure the order is right if u can’t understand or could hear well always repeat the order ia so disappointed at this place for sure not ordering from here ever again. i will give a no star at all

Bad service, the cashier has a bad attitude! She shouldn’t work in this place if she doesn’t like! I’ve never come back again! I think her name is Rosa or something like that!! A customer just came to pick up his own order and she was like, we are closed already, supposed to be they closed at 11:00pm and it was 10:50pm, and she asked me if I can open the door for him, im not a employee of this place, even though she didn’t ask as a favor!!! I tend to only bother to make a review to those who pleasantly surprised me, unfortunately in this case will flag this spot as one that could improve its costumer service and communication. The staff person at the counter was extremely slow, lacked professionalism and overcharge us for two medium pizzas when we had specifically asked for big ones. I ask if he couuld please deliver them and he refused. He didn’t wanted to bother with the system. At this time they have a family promotion for medium ones, and we decided not to take it because we needed bigger pizzas. We had to just take them because a big storm was starting… If any managers see this review, please consider revisiting your “computer system, as well as your greetings SOPs, it truly made me question Pizza Hut! Note: The taste of the pizza was ok, no complaints there.

Trying to get used to this concept, coming from an area (South Texas, Brownsville/Harlingen) that still offers full service dine in. But this selfserve dine-in is good. Pizza, wings and breadsticks came out hot & fresh. Customer service is very good. Overall a good dine-in experience.
