Decent fast food chicken place. We tried a three piece chicken supreme combo with dirty rice as our side. I thought it could be a little more flavorful but my husband was very happy. Biscuit was fluffy. Ranch is very runny but has good flavor.

I personally like Bojangles more than the other “Lousiana style fried chicken fast food restaurant”. This especially compared to the ones we frequent. The food is consistently good, dining room clean, and wait staff friendly. Bojangles prices are better as well.

Older gentleman doing window is very rude. He stood there holding my food without saying anything so it was awkward then proceeded to say “you couldn’t get any closer to the window” and i said well i’ll come to you. then he handed it to me and i said is that everything and he looked at me and said “yeah that’s all” in the rudest tone. won’t be coming back. and the fries are freezer burnt

So, imo they have the worst unsweetened tea, lol. BUT!!!! Their hashbrown rounds are so good and crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside and their chicken, egg, cheese biscuit is by far the best. The breaded chicken had a slight heat to it from pepper, crispy edges, the egg was cooked to perfection, and the buscuit was crispy around the edges and soft and steamy inside and a buttery taste that leaves you wanting more. They do breakfast right.

They lack customer service skills. In all my years, I have never encountered employees who look at you like you are an alien. It was weird and very uncomfortable. I even inquired if they would have preferred me to go through drive-through instead of the lobby. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable.

Ok so I gotta say, this was entertaining. We are tracelling with an RV amd obviously can’t go through the drive thru with it so we parked it in the lot next door and attempted to dine-in. Locked. Despite the ironic billboard sign seen in the picture. Fortunately, I have a bicycle! After a quick call and being told they were unfortunately understaffed and only had younger and newer employees, I took the ride to the drive thru. Service was slow as to be expected even with myself and 1 other car being present. But the young employees were holding a positive attitude despite the sharp learning curve they were placed in. All in all the food was correct and tasted great as always and their positivity overshadowed their unfortunate situation. Overall 4/5 stars! Thank you guys!
