Stayed at the super 8 next door. Walked over for dinner. 2 people was in the lobby that were together and had already ordered. The waitress made eye contact with me several times but never said anything to me. I stood there about 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgment that she would be with me in a moment. The guys got their order and had sat down to eat and I still had not been asked for my order or spoke to me in any way. I gave one star because less than that is not an option. I did walk out and go to Arby’s which took my order as soon as I walked up to the counter and except for waiting about 2 minutes on the curly fries to finish cooking got my order and was eating in less time that I stood at KFC being ignored. I don’t mind waiting if the cashier would just acknowledge that she is aware I’m there and it would be a moment. She needs extensive training in customer service. You are gonna loose business if she treats everyone like this.

Horrible service. Mac n cheese was inedible. Picked up the food for the grandchildren on the way home. Arrived to hungry 4, 5 and 6 year olds. Opened the bag and it was clear that the KFC couldn’t care less. The Mac and cheese was old and even appeared to be missing a section and perhaps already eaten. Obviously I couldn’t serve. See photos. As well the fries were half full. Supposed to be 2 large orders but together would not fill one container. Chicken was cold.

I went in for lunch earlier today because of the Double Down Sandwich returning after 10 years. They first gave me a regular chicken sandwich, I was a little irritated and went back in to get the correct sandwich. When I finally did get the correct Double Down, it was huge, impossible to truly bite into, but soooo good. recommend it. KFC of Powdersville, good job.

Literally one of the worst meals I’ve had during the whole pandemic. I paid 15.00 for 4 pieces of heat lamped chicken that look like they came off a Cornish game hen they were so small. One small cup of cole slaw is now 2.49?? Won’t be back, no worries. Message sent to corporate office, survey filled out and any other Avenue I can find to make sure others don’t get had like this. I am pregnant, this is what they serve me? Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for food. Not to mention missing an item from our order that we were charged. The lady with the neck tattoo didn’t say hardly anything. Absolutely awful. Reporting them next for unsanitary conditions. There is actual Ash coming off of my bun and the bun wasn’t burnt. So it had to have been built up? Update: the Cheetos are so stale they taste like they’ve been sitting around in an open bag since the colonel himself was born. This place needs to be shut down.
