We did the order by Friday and pick up on Sunday. The freshness and quality of the ingredients at Prepped Wellness are remarkable. I’m not vegan, but I ordered a vegan meal, and it was made entirely with fresh ingredients—no Impossible Burgers here. The chicken in the dish I ordered was much better quality and more well prepared than any chicken I’ve had at a sit down restaurant and paid twice as much for. Each single meal easily feeds two people. Gino and his team get the highest praise from me!

Just had my first package. This FAR exceeded any expectations I could have had for something like this. The cost is the lowest of any I was able to find. There is no prep time, just micro for maybe a minute. And the entrees are incredible quality. You can literally speak to the owner directly. There are no preservatives, no bs you aren’t supposed to eat, the chicken is clearly hand trimmed, the seasonings are all perfect, and there’s even fresh fruit, salads and breakfast. This is the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I’m already saving time and money.
