Cosistenly even with free pizza they mess up. And the new tots…. they can never ever get them right. This time the pizza was ham and pinapple with mushrooms on half. Then cut it correctly please. And I’m glad I wasn’t charged for the extra toppings thrown in it

This Dominos is 10 minutes from my house. Took an hour and 40 minutes to get two large pepperoni pizzas. Cold, burnt and quite possibly the worst pizzas I’ve ever tried to eat.

Won’t order here again the pizza is supposed to have pepperoni bacon and banana peppers first I just got cheese waited two hours and still got the wrong pizza only this time it was barely cooked called to asked about it and they were rude don’t recommend it

Their food is always top notch… Never a problem with getting the order wrong or taking too long. Staff is always friendly. Had an emergency come up once and I wasn’t going to be able to make the pickup for food I had ordered and the manager was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Did not even ask for a refund and yet I received one. That’s first class customer service in my book. Never skimpy on the toppings. I’ll order elsewhere here and there and quickly remember why this dominos is my favorite…

Ordered 4 pizzas for a party got a picture back saying they were burnt. I called Domino’s and the rude lady that answered the phone laughed and said “I was standing there and they were not burnt. Anytime you put a pizza in the oven it will get dark spots.” First of all it was dark second of all if you don’t know how to cook a pizza or obviously don’t care it will be that way. PIZZA HUT HAS NEVER MADE PIZZAS THAT WAY NOR HAVE THEY EVER BEEN SO EXTREMELY RUDE. I have NEVER been treated that way. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The way she laughed and basically called me a liar was rude and very disrespectful. The only reason I did not go to Pizza Hut is that Dominoes wascloser. I WILL NEVER VISIT THERE OR ORDER DELIVERY FROM THERE AGAIN. RUDE PEOPLE LIKE THIS DO NOT NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. Thank you hateful woman for ruining everyones day. Tonight we ordered from Dominoes in Kingsport. The.pasta we got barely covered the bottom of the pan. Not even enough for our 8 year old. When I called the store got attitude from the employee that answered the phone. Will not order from this Dominoes again.

Came in. 2 guys standing around while one girl did most of the work. I had to wait on her, they claimed to not know how to take my money. The girl was quick to yell “I have somewhere to be so I’m gone in 10 minutes and I don’t care”. Very ghetto place lol

I love Dominoes. They are definitely my favorite pizza place. I ordered an Alfredo this time (as I have before) and this time it was barely halfway full in the little aluminum pan. It’s never been like that. It’s always full to the top bc I can barely eat all of it. Lol

Placed an online order that took 45 minutes to deliver. Never received a notification for long delivery time. Pizza was in the state shown in the picture. Clearly looks as though driver help box on it’s side. When we called the store to complain we could not receive a refund but was offered a replacement pizza. But we would have to either pick it up ourselves or wait another 30-40 minutes for it to be delivered again. As we were trying to decide what to do the employee said they’d send a different driver out and it would be about 20 minutes. After about an hour of waiting and still no pizza we tried calling again but no answer. In the end never received a replacement pizza. In the end I just feel like I was scammed out of the money I paid for the pizza. This location also used to be great but after this experience I would recommend people avoid like the plague.
