Great burgers and shakes if you are willing to take the calories overload … great location in a quaint and very charming mall with plenty of kids and adults attractions … and some serious competition on Sundays from the food truck court. I’ve been a fan now of Shake Shack burgers as a cut above the rest of the typical burger joint for a while, and restaurants continue to be cleaner and more pleasant than that average joint … price increases have made it a bit less of a great value than it used to be just 18 months ago. The photos are from the surrounding outside the store as we did quick takeout and forgot to take pics inside.

We rode the Smart Train from Rohnert Park because it’s so close to the stop. The place was busy, but we found a table right away. I was extremely happy with my Veggie Shack…Delicious. And the crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce…So Tasty! The cheese actually has flavor. My kids both got double cheeseburgers which I had a bite of. Juicy, cheesy goodness and you can see and taste the caramelized bits of meat and cheese. Yum. We will see you again soon Shake Shack.

The burgers are solid and the fries came out crispy and hot. You can enjoy an adult beverage with your meal as well. The location is very peaceful, but we went on a Monday. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there was no one at the counter to take our order. They do have self-ordering options. Since you need an ID check to buy alcohol, I needed to wait for someone to validate my ID. Overall a good experience.

Always a great burger and even the mushroom burger is amazing! Manager let me have a sample of the bacon jelly with a few fries to help me decide which burger I was going to order that day. Super nice & unexpected. Needs a bit of a good scrub. I don’t say this just as a diner, but I worked on the industry for years and we had to thoroughly clean our dining area during and after shifts.

This place and the whole chain have been going downhill for years now. They don’t make their chicken sandwiches fresh and it tastes like it. Not cool when they charge $10. Almost always a mistake fulfilling the orders. Won’t be back again which is a bummer because I really used to like shake shack.

STOP BLENDING THE MILKSHAKE FIRST BEFORE THE FOOD IS COOKED! This location has yet to execute when to deliver shakes at the time the rest of the meal is served. In what world does it make sense to blend one of the quickest menu items and let it sit on the counter until the fries and burger are ready? Sadly, I used to order my food, wait 6 minutes then order my shake separately so I can have it at its right consistency. I’ve had to get milkshakes re-made because it turned into milk by the time I got my food. How can you be called shake shack when you can’t even execute a burger and shake? Don’t order shakes here if you want chocolate milk, milk or strawberry milk, or soggy Oreo bits in milk for a shake.
