The dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days, especially the floors. Food was moderately warm. Drink station was covered in spills. Garbage cans overflowing. Could only get unsweet tea at the counter and only one person Was interested in working while the others stood around and looked at their phones. Don’t go here!

I usually don’t have problems with kfc but today had a fairly big problem. I placed a online order threw the app for the silas creek parkway store in Winston salem nc. When I and my partner arrived to pick up our food we asked if it was all there. It being a big order of x2 of the 30 dollar bucket deal with 8 piece chicken 8 tenders 4 sauces x1 large mash potatoes and gray x1 Cole slaw and x4 biscuits. We got home to find that they where wrong and short a 8 piece tender. So we drive back up to pick them up. When we arrive at the store and talked to the manager she didn’t believe and called us a liar saying that “she would help us this time” subjecting plainly that we where lying simply because I and my husband have tattos in particular him with his whole face being tattooed. We get some people judge but in a business there is no room to call your costumers liars because of your mess ups. It’s not hard to check a list I’m a line cook myself and look threw ticket orders for 8 to 10hrs a day there is no reason for a manager to accuse customers of lying if I wanted to lie I would have reviewed first or called making a big show. My husband is now getting to bed late due to us making multiple runs 20 minutes out to get all of our food. To also be accused of lying because of how we look. Not happy won’t be back to this kfc. Bojangles and chick fil a. I’m sure will be glad take our business with no judgement.

This meal was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I had to put the chicken livers in the air fryer to thoroughly cook them, the fries were ABSOLUTELY GREASY AND NASTY, the biscuit was doughy, and the wait time for my order was a REAL JOKE…SLOW AS HELL!! The young staff needs more training in customer service! I had a long drive to Winston-Salem, and I “thought” this particular KFC was still in good standing! TOTAL disappointment!! Plus, because of all the playing, I didn’t receive my receipt! I will NEVER return!! UUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!

Consistent disappointment lately. Today we pulled up to the drive thru, the cashier sounded like she we interrupted her nap or she didn’t want to be there. We attempted to order a 12 PC dark and were bluntly cut off and told we couldn’t get that. The last few months trying to grab a quick bite here have been lackluster. They’re always out of menu items or just refuse to cook certain things. Don’t waste your time.

Stopped by after church on our way home. Long lines inside, and at the drive-through, we felt like this was the place. We were from out of town. We felt like you couldn’t go wrong with KFC. Boy, were we wrong. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the biscuit tasted like flour. The best parts were our drinks and my Coleslaw. We were truly disappointed. If we had known the food would be like this, we would’ve gotten our food further down the interstate. We learned that on that Sunday, don’t be led by the crowd.

Received blah service at the drive-thru. No greeting just pushed to order then to pay. I can deal with that, rudeness seems the norm nowadays. What is hard to deal with is the employee eating behind the counter in view of the customers. I am also highly upset at how they packed my side items. I always thought cold and hot foods were bagged separately. My two individual mashed potatoes and order of fries were just thrown in the bag with coleslaw. Got home and had to reheat the fries. Smh. I think that most of these restaurants are just hiring bodies to keep business open.

3/6/2022. 5:15 pm. Store manager treated a female customer rudely. Customer was not satisfied and said the chicken in the bucket was burned and requested a refund before she left the counter. The manager kept making the customer wait for over 15 minutes while she waited on other customers. Customer got mad and loudly requested her money back several times since the cashier had already thrown away the chicken. The manager still made the customer wait until a verbal altercation ensued between the customer and the manager. Customer left the store and brought her husband back in. Eventually the matter was solved. The manager put customers, staff, and herself at the risk of physical harm by PURPOSELY making the customer wait and then verbally berating her. The manager should have issued a refund as soon as the customer said she was not satisfied with how the chicken looked. The customer was just as important as the other customers the manager kept purposely waiting on although the customer requesting the refund was there first. Poor management. I will not eat here again.
