I’m very excited about this restaurant. The quality of their seafood stands out! They are bringing in some Grade A+ items from Japan. It’s a little pricey compared to other places, but the quality absolutely justifies their prices. This is a gem for Riverside! The staff may be still trying to develop their “flow” because they have only been open a couple of weeks. I’m confident that they will figure it out and look forward to my next visit.

This sushi restaurant opened a few weeks ago and prides itself in premium cuts of fresh fish. As promised, the sushi was quite fresh, delicate, and often creamy in texture. There were some nice options including toro (belly) cuts. By comparison, the cut roll was a bit small and expensive, though flavor was very good. The restaurant still didn’t have the liquor license so we couldn’t pair the sushi with beer. Service was attentive but with a lot of interruptions to ask how the food was.

By far the nicest sushi restaurant in the area. While it’s pricey, you get what you pay for, this tastes like a 5 star LA or OC quality sushi restaurant. We ate a few rolls and sashimi, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and we will definitely come back for the Omakase. Staff was really nice and attentive as well, overall it was a great experience.

So this is a bit more upscale than this area of Riverside is used to. The food is delicious! Nothing I’ve had since I was in Japan comes close to how flavorful this chef’s for is. You won’t regret eating here. I wouldn’t recommend this place for kids.

I selfishly dont want people to know about this place so it didn’t get crowded! Literally some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. I didn’t know you could tell the difference between bad and good sushi – this fish feels moist not dry, and the flavors together are so good. I really liked the garlic truffle edamame. I didn’t care the most for the noodle dish I got but I would definitely get the eel sushi roll- really amazing

Great sushi but really the service is what sets them apart. I placed a mobile to go order and when I arrived they turned out to be out of the king crab roll. They quickly apologized and suggested several other rolls that I may like, based off of my order. They made it very quickly. They insisted I sit and brought me a drink while I waited. Such a great service experience.

The food was top notch. Some of the best if not the best sushi I’ve ever had. I got their premium omakase which was a little pricey but well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining what each item was and even explained the best order to eat each item and everything was delicious. I’ll be coming back to try some other items next time, and would eat the omakase again for a special occasion. For sure my new favorite sushi spot.
