The guy at the counter argued with me about an item being less expensive if I ordered it a certain way. Turns out it was actually more expensive that way. He also had a very rude attitude when I told him I thought it might be more expensive.

I went there and it took the employees 5 minutes to get off their phones and acknowledge me then make my sandwich and wait until it’s already done and say hey it’s cool we are out of lettuce right? I opened the sand which for it to be a single slice of meat bread and tomato. Very unsatisfied and will no longer go to that location

The person at the register asked me the same question five times. There were about ten employees and only two seemed to working. Delivery orders were taking presidents over the customers in the store. Not freaky fast. And poor attitudes.

UPDATE: The manager of this store, and apparently her husband called the police saying I attempted to rob their facility when I went in demanding a refund. Her “Husband” pretended to jump over the counter like he was going to assault me. They had police show up at my house!

The food was great and made to order. The staff is always friendly! I give the staff 5 stars! The raw sewage smell inside the store is getting stronger. It’s very unpleasant, and it makes you want to walk out. Since I ordered online I paid for my food and left. The management needs to do something, it’s not healthy for the employees who work there, and have to smell and breath the fumes in. Then to mention that you are a food service. Please fix the issue!
