My favorite neighborhood place. I started going here as a quick solo trip to grab wine and Pad Thai since my partner doesn’t eat Thai food. It quickly became my place where 2-3 times a month, I like to have a glass of wine and unwind. The atmosphere is chill and the servers very attentive. Giving me just enough alone time and just enough attention. I met the owner and watched as he was very attentive to what his staff were doing, making corrections where he wanted them to excel, and checking on the guests, and making sure everything ran smoothly for everyone. It was a great experience. I was nervous that my quiet little escape would become a loud bar with the new expansion, but after chatting with the servers, owner, and other guests, I can’t wait for them to expand and watch their restaurant grow with a fun atmosphere, where i can still have me time. I can’t wait to come back on my birthday on April 3rd for my glass of wine and Pad Thai. Thank you, Thai One On and Bill.

The white rice was kind of dry. Lunch special came with a good size egg roll, small bit of salad and a small bowl of soup which was very good. I got the cashew shrimp. It was good but it seemed more like Chinese food than Thai. Good amount of food for the lunch special price.

I had ordered my food via grubhub and was planning on picking it up. When I had arrived I don’t think they had the food quite ready so I sat at the bar and decided to have a drink. I changed my ” to go ” to dine in and ate everything there. The beer was good, the drunken noodles were great, and the owner (I assume) gave me some egg rolls which were awesome. I’ll definitely avoid grubhub in the future and just casually dine in.

Well, I wish I would have taken a better photo but honestly the food was so good I didn’t want to pause. We’ve now ordered this Thai food on DoorDash twice. Each time it has been very flavorful, hot, and downright delicious. It’s definitely a bit of a splurge, but portions are big and you can probably get 2 meals out of – noodle entree such as the Pad Thai or Pad Si Euw. (Sp?) I love their coconut soup! The flavor is perfectly tangy and actually as good as the Thai restaurant I would go to growing up. Until now, no other Thai restaurant has matched that one! My only wish is that they put some more veggies such as broccoli in the soup. My husband enjoys the chicken fried rice, and I’ve enjoyed the Pad Thai and Broccoli with Chicken Entree. Delivery to Rancho Santa Fe has been under an hour each time. Highly recommend!

I phoned an hour in advance and asked for pick up in 1 hour. Food was tepid on the counter at collection 55 mins later. “Spice level” was asked for and answered “very”. Chilli flakes were provided on the side, but were seemingly not incorporated in to the dish at all. Unimpressive Thai food. We didn’t try the sushi. In common with other reviews, I also asked for pork and received chicken.

Terrible service. The person who showed us to our table seemed like we were intruding. She directed us to a table as far away as we could be. The place was far from fully occupied. We were ignored and saw other groups be seated and waited on before anyone noticed us. No one showed up to even bring menus or water for about 10 minutes. Ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant.
