It’s fine when I go in there and they are nice and my food is hot and fresh. However when I try to place an order over the phone they never pick up and send you to a fax machine. I have been trying for over an half hour trying to call them a place an order and first fax then busy signal. This is part of the reason I don’t order from them often, it should be easier especially when I work from home and would to to order out every now and then. It’s not acceptable.

When I usually go here every thing is fresh but this time I went I order 3 orders of coconut shrimp and a number 5. And I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. I get home and the shrimp is fresh but got to old cold pieces of fish!! The fish is the reason I went and wasted my time!! Now I’m calling so they can make it right but of course no one is answering the phone.

We got food to go yesterday. It was horrible! My hands and lips were so greasy. You could actually squeeze the grease out of it. And that was fish, chicken, and the hush puppies. And omg the coleslaw wich was actually good was maybe two teaspoons in a tiny clear plastic thing. Now we used to eat from there probably once a month. Never had food that bad from there. But never again! Horrible food for the prices you pay these days. Absolutely ridiculous!

fish was completely inedible. I normally dont complain but it was so bad this time. My fries were undercooked and the fish was so overcooked it was like a rock. Half the breading was missing and it was just disgusting.

I have already sent a blistering review to them on the website. This food was old stale dry and LONG past it’s hold time. The people were horrendous, the food was an abomination. I feel like I’ll be heading down the road to the hospital to have my stomach pumped after this.

Dear LJS , Your restaurant on Raff Road and Tusc. in Canton,Ohio needs more work !!!! If the Franchise Holding Company doesn’t intercede they would be better off closing the doors and bull dozing the building. The food has become HORRIBLE, the sizes of Chicken and Fish have seriously shrunk in size and the price has went up and its way off on the chart. The French Fries are always cold and nasty , the curb in the drive thru has ruined many tires and rims. LJS FIX IT OR SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS, CLOSE THE DOORS AND CALL IN THE DOZER.

The cashier needed to blow her nose (yes, I know it’s winter time) but that’s really a turn off when you’re handling people’s money and food at the drive through! My fish was so grease soaked that I couldn’t eat it. Plus there were no extra crumbles really?! When I went inside to let them know the fish was not edible. I was told the old grease was just being changed and was offered my money back or to let them correct it (big mistake) the worker who was helping me told a guy that he now had problem because he was still serving fish from the old grease and that I was now was back HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS I was like and that’s exactly why I’m back because YOU don’t care enough to do your job! The replacement meal wasn’t really edible it still was to greasy, the clams were under cooked. Because the young lady that remade my food was understanding and tried to make it right and even gave me a complimentary drink and was apologetic for my trouble is the reason why i gave them two stars. The building is run down and I’m not sure if that effects the workers but something is off with this location. I will not be returning.
