I usually always get the hot turkey, which is always on point and super delicious! I gave 4 stars for food because they only had 1 soup of choice. They used to have 2, and one of the choices was usually a veggie or chicken flavor.

Sunday mornings with Candice and Renee are a great experience. They work hard and are very accommodating. The eggs Benedict is highly recommended. Also the kitchen staff get get food out in a hurry with high quality.

Went here with the family on a road trip. Place was decently busy but very understaffed. I had the eggs and country steak; eggs were severely burned and blackened on edges. Hash browns weren’t hot, steak and gravy was decent.

Used to love coming here but over the last couple years it’s gone down hill. Ask for crispy hashbrowns and they are oily and almost raw. Service here is absolutely terrible. The taller lady with curly hair and glasses on day shift has to be the most unpleasant, she never smiles and looks miserable every time we come in. The waitress never comes by the table, we got coffee then ordered and she never came back with coffee and dropped the bill off the same time as the food. She never came by to ask if it was OK, had to go up for a to go box. They stress that you have to pay at your table but they never came back to our table once. Had to flag down another waitress and she told us she had to go get a waitress, not sure why she couldn’t help when she was also waiting tables. Time and time again I’m disappointed by this place so I don’t think I will return. The excuse is always “we are short staffed” or “we were busy” and 3 waitresses as well as another person to clean tables is not very short staffed and regardless of how busy, a simple “is everything ok” as they walk back to the kitchen is not time consuming. There is no excuse for that bad of service in my opinion.

This was much more than we expected to find on our way home from a road trip. Small town restaurant, polite waitress, and great food. I had a skillet and the eggs were cooked correctly, lots of meat, and yummy. My son ordered an Alaskan waffle and neither is us has ever had one before so we were sure what to expect. When it came, it wasn’t just pretty, but tasted fantastic! When we got home, we grabbed the ingredients we needed to make these at home this weekend. Definitely recommend.

What a great place. Home town atmosphere. Homemade food with portions you just don’t get anywhere else but locally owned.

The staff were nice, and the restaurant’s setting was good. I ordered an Alaskan Waffle (had never heard of it before this), and it was big and palatable. The menu has a lot of variety too, so this is a good local business overall.

I was there a couple mornings ago,the waitress did not check on us once, the food was cold and the bill said $125 when the total was $25. I didn’t tip and I won’t go back

Eggs were runny and tasty. Hollandaise was a light, creamy, and lemony cover over real Canadian ham slices, 1/4″ thick, on correctly not so thick English muffins. All the ingredients blended so no one element was over powering. The hash browns were lightly crispy on the outside and softly warm on the inside. Probably a top 5 in my cross country travels the last 3 years.

The service at this joint was very poor. being that it was busy it is understandable for it to take a bit to get to everyone in the restaurant however, when we we’re finally greeted it wasn’t with hospitality. our server made it feel like a chore to serve us. She was very rude when we asked to place our order and requested more water. When we were finally able to order our food it tasted good and the chefs did a good job. The hospitality just wasn’t there for me! Didn’t give me the diner experience I was just expecting. The restaurant was clean everywhere which was a plus but if you are looking to get greeted with a smile I wouldn’t stop by the coffee cup. But the bathrooms were impressively tidy until I did my business.
