I had the worst experience at this Dunkin, in which the other Dunkin fixed. There was only 3 people working I understand staffing is hard and I’m not even complaining about the wait time I had (20mins for munchkins and a iced coffee) first they didn’t even have bacon for the breakfast sandwich I wanted so I just asked for some donut holes and they gave me the wrong ones, and then my coffee I asked for was completely wrongly made, they ran out of coffee as well. I’m not one to complain bc I understand working with the public and understaffing can be difficult which Is why I’m not even complaining about my wait time , I get it. And even the people that ordered their food after me, got there’s first. It’s the fact that what I did order was wrong and my cup wasn’t even fully filled up. So I drove to the other Dunkin and they helped me out so much!!

06/02/23. Apparently if you are in drive thru you are priority. As a walk in guest.. forget it. No acknowledgment, employees rushing by, never a look or be with you in a moment. Five plus minutes standing in line and no one else in front of me. Very basic retail skills lacking. Have been to this location before, thought we would try it again. Looks like no management direction involved.

They always get the order wrong and they’re incredibly rude. I don’t know how management can let them get away with that unless that’s the example they set themselves, but I got so upset with the person in the Drive-Thru today, I could have rung her neck. Just deplorable!

I like the setup here the Drive thru is better than the other Dunkin’ . The employees here are very nice and greet you everytime I come through the drive thru or walk-ins I order online with their application. Very clean . I get the Carmel frozen coffee with whipped Cream with munchkins donuts assorted . You can go inside the building Mask not required. Handicap parking.Not Handicap friendly when entering the building. It neighbors with the Fastop gas station. I like this place it’s not close to the road. You can order on line pick up your order in store are drive thru. Just need to improve on the coffee order’s and The Donuts I ordered was not Bavarian or Boston cream donuts did not have the filling whatsoever in them they’re just plain.

I live close by so I go here frequently. On average, service is 3/10 or worse. Workers are kind but incompetent. My order is significantly wrong most of the time. Simple orders are messed up. For example, I was given a sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead of a croissant today, after making it clear during ordering and having the person taking my order confirm it was supposed to be a croissant. The bacon, hash browns, and biscuits are regularly burnt all over, or the hash browns are still very cold on the inside right out of the bag. They need competent staff. The service is unacceptably poor. I would not recommend this Dunkin. I only continue to go here because on the off chance that I get what I order, it is better than the nearby options.

I asked for help with there app and to redeem my points and the person who was waiting on me said rudely you should know how to use it. Then he said so are you paying cash. Then I ordered 2 large hot coffees one Black the other with 5 creams they put 5 creams in both of them. This used to be a good Dunkin but not any more.

I’m am so over this location. I have been to this store almost everyday since they opened to get my daily Dunkin fix and everyday gets worse and worse. The staff has become very unfriendly and inattentive. Today I went in the store and stood for 8-10 minutes at the counter where no one greeted me, said I will be right with you or acknowledged me at all. (The man that was in front of me when I arrived stormed out from no one talking or waiting on him either). Finally I stopped and asked an employee if the lobby was open or if I needed to go thru the drive thru since that’s the only orders they were making. Period.
