I tried to use the app to place a carry out order and it would not allow me to finish my order. Therefore, I called the store and placed my order for pick up and when I asked if they could deliver it to a different address, she put me through to her manager. The manager hung up on me not once but twice. I called back to make sure my order had been placed and he hung up on me again. Horrible service not an apology. Nothing.

I placed an online order to be picked up the next day at 11:45 AM. The next day when I arrived at the store, the employee told me that my order was for 5:15 PM. I told him that I had even received an email confirmation for 11:45 AM. The employee offered to make my order right then but I told him that I could not wait for it and that is why I ordered it in advance. That was a total waste of my time and I will not be ordering from Papa Johns again.

I placed an order with them at 2:16 PM today. Waited for my delivery. It was two hours pass still never got a delivery called them could never reach anyone. Was on hold for so long. This is the worst Papa John’s ever. If I could give it a zero I would still didn’t receive my pizza up until now..

Took an hour+ for delivery, can hardly find the toppings, barely any sauce, ice cold. If you order from here, get it uncooked. You’re going to have to cook it anyways so maybe it won’t take so long to get delivered. The worst papa John’s I have ever had

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I didn’t get it so I called and said the pizza I ordered was wrong. The lady I talk to said she made it and it wasn’t, so I told here they could come get it to check, she says ok and hangs up on my. I called back and talk to the manager and he offered to replace the pizza but I didn’t want her making my pizza again and ask for a refund. Manager was ok to talk to but other staff is clearly unprofessional and does not care about their job or the customer.

On Friday, July 22nd I placed an order at store #3543 (1249 Airport-Pulling Rd S, Naples, FL 34104). The wait time was unusually long, but that isn’t the issue. My younger sister and I went inside to pick up our order. We waited nearly an hour. Again not the issue, but goes to show just how much we witnessed based on the amount of time we were inside the establishment.

Horrible! This PapaJohns customer service is terrible!!! I called to put my order in for delivery and the person on the phone wasn’t speaking clear at all and wouldn’t listen to me. I told him I placed an order, he said yes and then he told me by the time it would be ready they would be closed. As I was asking him a second question, he hung up on me!!!! What!!! Horrible! This PapaJohns owes me a Free pizza because I placed my order in on the phone and was tranferred to this rude person who didn’t let me finish talking with them and just hung up on me. That’s disgusting. You need to hire new staff and treat customers with RESPECT, because it’s US who help keep your business going. This happened on 9/27, and whoever was working evening shift needs to be tossed.
