Mediocre at best. None of the salsas had any flavor and the food followed suit. I was there for lunch and they had a ton of people come in to get lunch and I didn’t get it. It wasn’t that great but I did order carnitas tacos and they mistakenly gave me carne asada. Maybe it would have been different with carnitas but I’ll never know…

We highly recommend the Adobada burrito! Super flavorful and filling. Definitely a go to place for delicious and affordable burritos and tacos. One of our favorite parts about Senor Taquero has to be the chips and salsa stand, where you can serve yourself unlimited chips and salsa. Poway Burrito with chicken was delicious as well!!

They know how to make a good tacos compared to the majority of other places. Double tortillas get grease, the meat well cooked and spiced moderately. Their salsas pass, spicy but for me I usually like them hotter. Price is average

My husband and I just finished eating here- we found our new favorite spot! The food was fast and delicious. The service was also great. The gentleman who took our order explained the menu and helped us decide what to try. We ordered the carne asada plate and pollo asado plate with carnita, pollo, and fish tacos. Everything was delicious and we can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been getting the daily special (3 carnitas tacos) a few times a week. I highly recommend them, they the best little tacos I’ve had in years.

Ohhhh was this a gem, just randomly making my way downtown, crossing fast, saw a line of people, some were homeless. And my god, I had to check it out. Sooooooo good!!!!! Cashier lady made it feel like an adrenaline rush ordering lol, but it’s so busy I dont blame them. Only problem to me is the poor smell outside the restaurant due to some unkempt folks.

It took two orders to identify greatness on the Senor Taquero 2 menu. The first order consisted of a sampling of about 8 different (mini) tacos double-wrapped in corn tortillas. There wasn’t anything negative to note about the tacos, however a lot of them tasted too similar for my preference since each taco wasn’t a large portion to properly distinguish one from the other. A slight knock, yes, but still an excellent place to knockout a taco fix on-the-cheap.

It’s difficult to find a place with moist machaca burritos. Their machaca burrito is moist but I would consider leaving the burrito as is, it has guacamole & cheese in it but to me that just enhances the flavor. They are slightly expensive but worth it if you live in a city where they just can’t get their Mexican food on point.
