Clean, new Hardee’s in the new Love’s location. Floors were clean, power plugs at tables, employees doing their jobs, checking on things and cleaning booth, tables and moping the floor with proper cleaning solution. Employees were polite and helpful. Order was correct and food was freshly prepared. Nothing was tired or dried out. Great stop and recommended.

This morning I was able to grab one of my favorite breakfast meals from Store #782 in Oak Grove KY. I was so pleased with the AMAZING service I got from the cook, manager and the employees that I’m definitely going to visit this location again. They made my food fresh and made sure I had everything I needed. This is exactly how customer service is supposed to be. Even the cook (Antonio Wesley) let me know how long I had to wait for fresh steak biscuits Thanks for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE They started my day off right.This loves truck stop is AWESOME

They close half the tables because of covid but they never cleaned the tables that are open. I was here for 35 minutes and they all stood around with no customers. I sat at one of the closed tables because all the open tables were filthy.

I had a great experience here. I normally have low expectations for Hardee’s because when it’s good it’s real good and when it’s bad it’s real bad and there is no in between. Today my burger actually looked like It does in the picture and the bun was even steamed. Everything tasted fresh and my order came out within an acceptable amount of time. If Hardee’s was this consistent I’d probably always choose it over the other fast food places. This location is A1 for me!

Been to the restaurant twice. 1st time about a week ago great experience lady behind the counter was great. She asked what kind of fries I wanted and was very polite and very helpful. Today not so much. The lady- a different one from the last time-behind the counter headed I don’t give a c*** look on her face the entire time, the food took forever to put together and she didn’t ask me what kind of fries I wanted.
