Customer service was down right horrible!!! Not only were they understaffed but when we did finally make it to the counter the girl acted like we were bothering her. The dining room was disgusting I had to wipe the table down myself. We drove from Madison to North Vernon to eat here because Madison does not have a Long John’s but proabably won’t be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a JOKE! I am expecting to walk in one of these days and them to say they they are out of chicken. They are ALWAYS out of several things by 5. Many occasions they are out of livers and or gizzards. Or dark meat. Our town is NOT that BIG to have that big of a run on food. It’s very poor management. We have 1 other sit down restaurant. The rest is fast food. It’s sad. Management can not get there act together. While we were there. 5 people walked out while waiting in line. The 4 that had been waited on 2 said would not return.

Worst place ever first they quit carrying ljs fries then kfc extra crispy chicken then today i want some chicken planks and i pull in and they tell me they no longer have long john silvers food of any kind even though their sign still says ljs. You could not pay me to ever dine here again. Someone should buy this business it would be nice place to open a restaurant
