Received my food and it was inedible. Chicken was old, it was too greasy like I can wring it out and the cole slaw was warm like it sat in the sun and it was slimy. It was disgusting. I was missing items and I paid extra sauces and did not receive them

Why raise the price on food for labor cost when the employees get the order wrong almost every time? As a chicken tender I got 2 tiny pieces of chicken basically scrap and an overly burnt tender the size of a pinky. Forgot the sauce. We pay too much money for all that. So KFC boss your employees around and put up cameras with our money.

The person working the drive through made it an uncomfortable experience. It was difficult putting in my order since evrytime i spoke, she thought Id finished. When spoke louder, she told not to yell. All of this resulted in my order being wrong and my family and myself werent even able to enjoy what we got.
