Tried to deliver wrong order to me. When I told them that wasnt right proceeded to tell me she must’ve gave wrong otder to last house. So still havent recieved food going on 3 hours to get a pizza that said 35 to 45 mins to deliver. No sweat on the location though. No money discounted, noting thorwin in just my family waiting on an order that was promised withing 48 mins. Wont be ordering from this location anymore. If your answer to a mistake is we will remake and work you back into the schedule then you dont know how to run a customer service business.

I don’t know who was in charge of cutting my pizza, which I asked for square cut, when I ordered online, but they need some sort of training/retraining. Not only was it NOT cut into squares, but the triangle cuts were EXTREMELY uneven. I had giant slices and tiny slices, fat ones and skinny ones. I usually don’t have problems with my pizza, which is why I gave 3 stars.

Evan Morris or Morrison was the person checking me out, I haven’t ate the food yet but it’s fresh and hot so I’m sure it’s good. More so leaving a review for the worker who assisted me. Friendly and happy would be an understatement if I was in a bad mood when I went into the store just having the small interaction I had with him would have put me in a great mood.

I ordered two pizzas at 3:40 on Friday afternoon, online using the app.. I scheduled a pickup 5:00. Due to heavy traffic, I made it to the store at 5:30. When I walked in all of the store was in complete uproar. Staff were making customers leave the store and wait outside. I was asked for my name and told my pizza was up in 5 minutes by a staff member who appeared to have just rolled out of bed. I stepped out as instructed. I waited for the lobby to clear and went back in as the 5 minute time frame given was up. I asked the young man at the counter, could you tell me how much more time it would be. He gave me the number 32. And told he would check. He came back to the counter , said nothing to me about the order. He was handing food to others who had arrived long after me. I waited for the line to clear again before I asked about my order. By this time it is 630. I asked the guy at the counter could he give me a status now and he had a total meltdown saying he is only one person as if it was an attack on him. So then he yelled back to the staff as says where is order 32. Some person in the back prep area says ” I don’t know…it must have gotten skipped it something, we can get it ready in 45 minutes.” I let him know I was not willing to wait any longer. Not to mention the homeless person running in and out the store with no mask. They only reason I gave the one star is because the pizza is usually really good. No one thanked me for my business nor apologized. This was not an impressive display from this location.

Ordered 2 pizzas that took around an hour and a half to get to us. We are 5 miles away. They only got to us after calling, who we had the pleasure of talking to a girl that sounds like she has never heard of basic customer service. Put us on hold for another 4 minutes. Guy that answered the phone after was nice and helpful, but definitely had our pizza sitting there. When we finally got it, it was slightly cold. Will be ordering from another pizza place or the Greenfield location.
