The food is great, but they have GOT to do something about their door dashers. For the second time in a row, we’ve ordered from there and they’ve left it on “preparing” or “heading to you,” literally for 45 minutes to a few hours. And the food was on our porch the whole time. Whatever you do, don’t order from here through door dash. Also, just checked, and some of my old orders are STILL stuck on “heading to you.” So they need to fix that. Otherwise, their grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup hits the spot when that’s what you’re craving. But yeah, just go in and order in person instead.

If I could give more stars I would!! The big mommas grilled cheese is hands down the best grilled cheese l’ve ever had. Place is hard to find but once you find it you’re good, but they are moving to a different location which I feel they deserve becuase this place is soooooo underated! Love how they have 5 different restaurants and food types to pick from all in one place, and they are open late. You can’t just do the mommas grilled cheese, you have to get the big mommas instead I promise you won’t regret it. Also got a French dip from Sammy’s, my boyfriend said it was the best one he has ever had too. And our food was done for 30 min before we got there and came out still blazing hot! And the staff is lovely too!!

The Uncrustable is okay, but their Grilled Cheese and Tomato bisque is an absolutely fire combination. The French fries are perfectly done as well, and although the onion rings flavor is perfectly on point, they’re a little greasy for my taste. The prices are great and they are extremely quick. Truly under rated. The menu isnt terribly robust, but they have a few simple items that they do really well. Like, really well. And isnt that what we truly want out of a restaurant? Too many restaurants do far too much nowadays and the quality suffers for it. Not here. Not this restaurant. Truly fantastic, and I will fight anyone who says otherwise.

Absolutely amazing sandwiches. The grilled cheese accompanied by their tomato bisque is incredible. They also have one of the most amazing fries I’ve ever tasted. Prices are also great. However, their hours are really inconsistent which is why I’m rating 4 stars. It would say they’re open until 3 am on Saturday’s, but is unavailable when I try and order. Just annoying

Delivery drivers seem to be unable to find this place, which makes it hard for them to deliver when I order from here. If y’all are gonna run a ghost kitchen out of the Aces ballpark, maybe make it more obvious where drivers are supposed to go instead of wasting drivers’ time searching for the place and customers’ time waiting for orders that’ll never arrive?
