This location was great a few years ago but sadly the customer service has become prime example of what not to do. Girl at drive-thru window acted like passing to me my bag of food was too much work and responding with an “you’re welcome” to my “thank you” may show an ounce of kindness in her. Since my doing business there was too much I’ll not give it again.

I’ve been here during the day and gotten food that’s either decent or very good. Tonight I decided to stop by on my way back from running errands during the night shift. They took the same amount of money as the day shift people do, but served me trash in a styrofoam crate.

Small town. Ok service. Served faster drive-through. No line was inside, but we waited for 15 min. Forgot to add our ranch, which was paid. Food was good

I have enough. This is one of the many nights I’ve gone to this location and got horrible service. The workers on night shift are all very unprofessional. I went tonight and ordered my food like normal. My order was wrong. I turned around went back to the drive through and express my concerns. Whoever I spoke to was very nice so I assumed that my issue would be corrected and done so in a swift matter. I was told to pull up after being asked if I didn’t mind waiting on the grilled chicken for the salad I originally ordered. I was told it would be 8 minutes. I was fine with that. I waited for all of 20 minutes just for one of the workers to come out empty handed to ask me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting on my salad and an extra tender that they left out of my other meal. She went back in while playing and cursing with another coworker to get the salad. Came back out with the salad about 3 minutes later, mind you it’s still wrong but at this point I was over, but then I checked the bag and my tender was still not in there. So I yelled out of the car that I was still missing it. She said the tender I said yes I clearly had said this prior to you coming back out with the salad. So then she went back in while once more playing and cursing with other coworkers. So then another girl comes out and say they out of tenders she’s the manager blah blah blah and I can come back tomorrow and they can correct the order and do a full refund. So after all this time I’ve waited it’s almost 9:30 I’ve been here waiting since about 8:47 and these are the solutions which I know are probably not going to be solved tomorrow either. It’s late I’m like whatever. After that then the manager proceeds to walk back to the door and also cursing and playing with the other workers. These night shift workers at this location are unprofessional and lazy. I will not be going back to this zaxby’s. Somebody need to clean house.

Never ordering from this location again. 3 days ago, specifically ordered sauces which were forgotten. They forgot my son’s apple juice & cookie in his kids meal. & no straws. Ordered again tonight, & my kickin chicken was soaked in sauce, to the point the bread just fell apart when i picked it up. They also forgot my sauces & straws again. Very disappointed after waiting an hour for it.

Went to Zaxbys the other week and it is usually a great experience. I love the Zalad, and have been eating it for several years, but on this occasion I was highly disappointed with it because for the first time ever it was made with iceburg lettuce. I asked the individual behind the counter if she thought it was romaine lettuce, and she said yes.

I love the food but a bad experience will make you change your favorite restaurant I ordered online to pickup I was in line one car in front of me I sat there 8 minutes then the person at the speaker started honking horn then they still had her there I called inside and asked could I come in to get my order then I turned the corner thinking it was a line no one I walked in everyone standing talking and one of them said oh that’s her who called from the line.
