Food was very good. I had spicy lo mein,just the right amount of kick. My wife had a combo which she enjoyed. Server was by herself doing takeout window as well. They needed more help. Very cold inside, asked them to turn up the heat which was done.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to try jade garden for the first time. The first thing we bit into was the chicken fingers and they were RAW. Please be careful when ordering for your children and such make sure to cut things open. My boyfriend has felt sick all day since eating that early last night. Salmonella comes from raw chicken and can be life threatening.

Been ordering from Jade since moving into Putnam and I have to say that it’s the best place chinese around the area however lately the business has gone down. After ordering and scheduling to pick up my food at a certain time and arriving 15 minutes later, I still had to wait 45 minutes for my order and then they had a sign displayed charging an extra fee for Credit Card usuage which is against the law in CT.

If you like your broccoli as hard as a literal rock and want to break a tooth then order chicken or beef and broccoli. This is the only restaurant that can manage to turn broccoli into steel, how is that possible? I can never order from here again because the food is just not good, and there is always sum ting Wong with the food. Below average at best but for the most part edible enough but not for the prices they charge

The food is tasty and consistent. You get good portions for the price, but the food doesn’t usually taste as fresh as the more expensive places. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the food and customer service at this restaurant. I generally eat here at least once a month, and have never had any major complaints.
