Maybe a fluke according to all the bad reviews but we left the Goodman and 51 McDonald’s to come to this one as they were essentially out of everything. This new one across from Walmart was amazing. Clean. Associates were very friendly and happy. Food came out fast and was fresh. First time I’ve had fresh hot fries from a McDonald’s in probably 5 years. Will come back to this one.

Even with a store barely having anyone in it and barely anyone in drive thru. Staff ignored orders placed for over 40 minutes and let things get cold. And they do not care for service here. Rude employees and lots of prejudice employees also. Employees also getting belligerent with any customers regarding even small matters or questions or anything. People of even the drive thru even were coming in for issues of variety. Even some comments towards customers were, “We will give you your food when we give it to you, if we give it to you” to one of the other customers. It shouldn’t have taken 40 minutes or longer for another customers happy meal for even a door dash placed. And the employees letting peoples food get cold. ALONG WITH NO ONE WEARING GLOVES OR HAIR NETS WHAT SO EVER, HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS LIKE CRAZY IN THIS STORE AND BROKEN EQUIPMENT EVEN IN THE BATHROOMS AND THE BATHROOMS WERE EVEN UNSANITARY! Please if you can, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS TO AVOID RUDE EMPLOYEES, MANAGEMENT THAT DOES NOT CARE EITHER, DISGUSTING FACILITY ALL TOGETHER AND YOU NEVER KNOW THE RISKS YOUR PLACING WITH YOUR HEALTH!

This place is highly disgusting. First off covid or not you should never give food then take it back because you as a worker failed to do an easy job. I came to McDonald’s today 08/10/2023 at 8:02 pm. I was given the wrong order a bag of fries to be exact and I touched the food because I had to see what was in it so I handed my receipt back and they had the audacity to ask for the food back after watching me touch it and I simply told them, I was not handing anything back through the window, because that is highly disgusting, and as a former worker who worked at McDonald’s I know you are not allowed to give food back to a customer or take food back out of a customers car because of protocol. The manager who was on shift during that time came to the window and said we need that fry back after I’ve already touched it she then proceeded to have an attitude saying i’m going to short a fry out of your bag because you don’t wanna give it back but their workers failed to do an easy job. This place is very disgusting from attitude to service. This place needs to be shut down. Never have I ever been anywhere else even since Covid where they have taken food back through the window not KFC, Not Popeyes, not Chick-fil-A not, backyard burger none of the other places I’ve been have taken food back.

The food was ok. Fries completely split all in the bottom of the bag. They left us sitting at the pick up parking space. The app said our food was brought to us but it wasn’t. We drove through the drive thru and they said they didn’t have our order and they were closed. I walked them through the whole event. Yes. It was late while we were driving through. We don’t live in Mississippi. Then they “found” our order and it was almost ready. They left out the straw. This is the 3 time we’ve been to this particular location. And all 3 times the service was horrible. Hit or miss with the food. We’ll just go to another one. 3 strikes type situation.

Our community was better off not having this McDonald’s placed here. Besides always being out of standard items, they take entirely too long to take/deliver your order. They purposefully wait and delay new orders and on multiple occasions the wait at the drive thru speaker was 15-20 minutes. Even after all your patience, the employees will still have the most unpleasant attitudes that make you feel like you’re doing something wrong by being there. Going inside is even worse. I have left the drive thru to have my order corrected but on the inside of the store, workers will turn their backs and ignore you. And yes…I have the right to request a refund for items that I paid for that you do not have! They really promote a negative and nasty culture from the managers down to the cashiers. No worries though. With Whataburger offering tastier food, this McDonald’s and its employees won’t have to worry about customers inconveniencing them for much longer.

Placed an order online for curbside. A girl came out and told us they didn’t have the shakes we ordered. (3 grimace shakes.) And told us they would give us fountain drinks instead. I said no. The shakes were way more expensive and she said she would send her manager out. 40 minutes passed and no one ever came. No food, no refund, nothing. The girl at the counter said she didn’t know what I was talking about. Tried Doordarshan and they said call back tomorrow before 7pm. Terrible experience. Won’t be back.

It’s Mcdonald, so my expectations were low already. I ordered my food at the drive thru, was sitting behind a car, and when they got to the window, they added items to their order. When we got to the second window, the great folks at McDonald’s wouldn’t pull that car up to fill the second order placed at the window, but made us all sit and wait. When I got my food, it was cold because it was just sitting there waiting for them to make the added order from the previous customer. Not impressed.

Please just make the trip up the street, this place SUCKS. Maybe coporate needs to step in & hire better management or something. You will most likely be greeted by rude/overworked workers, or maybe you’re lucky and will just be waiting nearly hours. A brand new location should not be ran like this! And forget about it if you’re a DoorDash driver, you’ll be waiting HOURS!
