I Googled Vito’s to try their pizza. I was redirected to Nostra II. No problem. We went in to pick it up and were greeted by VERY nice people. They told us the sign was on order and it would soon be Nostra II. The pizza was fantastic. No burnt spots underneath – yes I checked because that is a peeve. It had lots of pepperoni and cheese. It was a deliciously greasy and foldable. The pizza bone was crisp and chewy which is perfect for me. I was waiting for the name update to do my review but then I forgot about it, so I’m covering it now. We have since ordered the lunch special Steak and Cheese with fries and Philly Steak and Cheese. They had lots of meat and cheese and were appropriately drippy. A few days ago we ordered 10 Hot Wings with blue cheese and celery and 10 Garlic Parmesan Wings with ranch and celery. The wings were nice and saucy. There was only about 4 pcs of celery each and they were a little limp because they were in the box with the wings. They don’t charge for celery but I’d rather pay an extra fee to get about 5-10 slim pieces of celery in a separate wrapper so they stay crisp. But let me tell you, the wings were so good I didn’t even use the ranch! Everything was delicious. We always do the pick up and when we go in, they are so nice and the place is very clean (96.5 health rating from November 2021, picture is from 2/24/22) This is really convenient for us so we will definitely frequent this place.

I’ve visited Nostra several times, had pizza, a meat calzone and a meat stromboli. Everything was top notch. In addition to the awesome food, the staff is cordial and the restaurant is super clean.

Pizza is consistently great all the time. The pasta however is awful! I have ordered the Baked Ziti four times and it has been horribly over cooked every time. After the first time, I specifically asked them not to over cook the pasta. NO CHANGE. I DO NOT recommend ordering pasta here!

We ordered 2 pizzas and a cesar salad, one pizza with GF crust and one with Cauliflower crust. We received both pizzas with GF crust. The Greek pizza said it came with Feta cheese, but there was none on the pizza. This Greek pizza was in desperate need of Feta because the pizza was completely devoid of seasoning/flavor, and very little sauce. Really, really bland. When delivered, the cesar salad was on top of the 2 pizzas tightly tied in a bag. The bottom layer of lettuce was wilted and the Parm shavings starting to melt. The pepperoni and mushroom pizza was good. Paying more attention to order preferences (you offer good dietary options, but don’t actually provide them?) and packaging should do the trick.

This restaurant attempts to discourage you from using doordash by adding an extra $5 charge on each and every menu item. Their website says a Large Cheese Pizza is $16.99. On doordash it’s $21.99. I’ve never seen anything so sad and pathetic. A pretty good way to ensure you lose business.

Went here yesterday for the first time, the pizza was delicious and better than popular pizza places like papa johns. The garlic knots were so flavorful that I ate all of them instead of sharing lol. Would definitely come back again.

Clean dinning room and bathroom. Ordered pizza by the slice and they were HUGE! Delicious New York style pizza and the girl behind the counter provided great service. I’ll be back when I’m in kernersville and craving NY style pizza.
