For fast food – it’s a solid 4! Can’t beat the price point – $20.27 for 2 hot dogs, fries, onion rings, a cookies n’ cream thick milkshake and a coke float. That does not complete the order…added is a chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, hush puppies & another coke float. Again $20.27!

Service a little slow and not really with a smile, food took a bit and was ok. Cheese bites great, fries not really crisp or flavorful. Fancy shake was tasty but took a long while. Floor was wet and some tables were dirty in spite of just opening. Drive through got priority over in store customers.

I often forget about this place but it’s not because I don’t think the menu is great. Really, I just don’t like to go to that side of town just for fast food. I wish there was a Cook Out on the Northside of town. I would definitely go more often. For fast food the BBQ sandwich is pretty good and the cheese curds are my favorite.

I usually love cook out, but this one is not it. DO NOT STOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE OVER AN HOUR. I ordered my food and had to wait 30 minutes. Then I asked them for my order and they went to get it and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The food came out cold and people that had ordered way after me got their food way before. I will not be stopping at this cookout again.

I spent 20 minutes in line just to get cold food I’ve try to give this chances and they always seem to get worst if you can handle taking 5 cars orders then the restaurant industry isn’t for you. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and even worked in a restaurant that was way bigger industry then cook out and we only had 2 cooks and the two of us would push out food faster then what they did and the food be cooked right and nothing comes back nor no complaints so how can a 2 man crew run an million dollar restaurant on a Friday night and Saturday night and they can’t handle 5 cars. But not all cook outs are like this one I’ve had cook out in different cities and never had an issue with cook out tell I moved to tifton

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. I stood at the front counter for 10 min as employees just stared at me. On top of that food took for ever and I had to eat outside because every single table inside was extremely dirty. Also the entire floor was dirty and sticky trash was everywhere. Additionally I watched my food sit in the back for like 10 min after it was done because no one brought it up front. Just screams lazy the whole place.

We passed thru on our way to Florida… the restaurant was clean, the staff were busy but quick and attentive, and super friendly! And we got a decent amount of food for less than average prices!!! Sooo many shake flavors, the cheesecake was so good! Very satisfied and now praying for a Cook Out to come to our town!! Thank you!!!

Traveling and wanted to try something new. Stopped here ordered for 4 people in our party. It was very fairly priced and they all welcomed us in. Omg! The milkshake choices. After we ordered we were informed one of our sandwiches may take up to 45 min did we wanna wait. We were in no hurry so we said sure. They still promptly got us the rest of our food quickly and in less than 30 mins the sandwich we were waiting on came out and they subbed us a whole meal of the sandwich we were waiting on. The manager in this store is someone to comment about. She personally brought out our waited on meal and was constantly busy. She is the reason I am leaving this comment. I didn’t get her name sadly but hopefully someone important sees this and knows who she is.

Waited at least 10 minutes AFTER receiving our food because the card reader wasn’t working. Cars were backing up far behind us. The guy at the register was stressing and asking if we happened to have cash. I would have liked to return the food and get our card back, but the window was closed. I wasn’t leaving without my card, so there we sat while they figured out their tech problem. I feel like this could have been a much better experience. Food is ok.

My family and I love coming to this Cookout when we’re on the road traveling. The servers are always so kind when we’re there. Not to mention the food being magnificent for a fast food establishment. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat or are just passing through the area this is a great place to go.
