I came here today for the first time because I was doing some shopping at the plaza next door. I ordered the steak bowl, bit they gave me chicken. It made no difference to me because the chicken bowl is equally delicious. I appreciated the way that they prepared the bowl, and they added heaping portions of all of the toppings suck as the shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. I managed to finish off about half of the chicken bowl, and I’m thinking that I will save the rest for tomorrow. The place was clean and I was helped quickly.

This Chipotle, without fail messes up any order I have each and every time. Best part about it is that they seal the bag so I can never check what they decided to neglect this time until I get home and realize my kids are left without the tortillas in the kids meal…. I mean are you kidding me Rhode Island staff. This happens every time and it’s placed through pickup 30-45 minutes prior meaning there is time for QUALITY CONTROL which is what this location lacks. Don’t be surprised if you open your bag with at least 2 missing items. Be warned this Chipotle doesn’t care about its customers and it’s standards of its very own brand identity.

Honestly the most disgusting and disappointing chipotle I’ve been in. Normally don’t visit here but decided to stop in because the rain was so bad I couldn’t drive. I had to repeat myself constantly to the girl working on the line. The guacamole looked like it had been sitting out all day. It was brown and had cheese in it and when I asked her if I could have fresh guac she said that was the only one they had in the entire restaurant lol. Surprisingly when I asked the cashier she was able to find fresh guac that was actually green without cheese. Finished ordering my food and went into the bathroom to wash my hands. There was urine all over the floors, tampons and feces everywhere. I was thoroughly disgusted. I didn’t want to touch a thing. When I informed the manager (a heavy set woman with braids) her response was “that’s fine.” LOL. The condiments station was just as bad. Trash was all over the counter, bottles open, just disgusting. Honestly regret stopping in. Hope they work on service and cleanliness because it’s honestly bizarre that they’re serving food in a place that was outright filthy and with such nasty unpleasant attitudes. Furthermore, the girl from the line but chicken in my bowl after I said no several times….i’m vegan.

Very rude staff at this location. We got there 15 minute before close, and we’re refused use of the restroom. When asked why and even when buying a meal the staff got very short with us saying oh my God it’s closed. I hope in the future this location learns to respect customers. I never really enjoyed the food here but at this point I will not be going back to any location.

Food was terrible Stale tortilla chips usually means the chips was there all day or they were undercooked how do I know because I used to work for the company, salty guacamole I paid $36 on Grubhub for this meal I paid for double meat steak and Barely received a regular portion. I called the Location and asked to speak to a manager and I told her the situation and she told me let me ask you a question? how do you know if you got double meat or you didn’t so I had to tell her that I used to work for the company about eight years ago she was extremely rude and did not try to help the situation she just didn’t care and you can hear it in her voice I don’t know what happened to this company .no wonder no one eats at chipotle like they used too Standards has dropped dramatically & it seem like Management and crewmembers have no sense of pride for what they do.And I hope this gets to the regional manager

Terrible Chipotle experience. Portions are extremely light. Staff is rude to the point that it’s entirely unacceptable. I barely got a nod acknowledging my existence from anyone behind the counter. This sus the lightest burrito I’ve 3ver spent $10 on.
