I waited for 15 minutes to be seated. My server was great and very polite. It took over an hour to get 12 wings and fries. The fries were ice cold but the wings were good as usual. I went at lunch time and figured they wouldn’t be that busy. I was wrong and ended up being late getting back to work. I definitely won’t be going there for lunch again.

Placed an online order. Pushed the time back to give both sides extra time. When I arrived order was not ready. Staff was not very friendly. When finally got to car with food had missing item. Went back in, it was still sitting in kitchen, no apology or even acknowledgement that they missed it. Biggest regret, I tipped trying to be nice and there was no way to take it off. Will never happen again!

I was taken there by friends for my birthday and was not impressed. The meal took nearly an hour to get to the table, the burger was burnt on the outside and squishy inside, and the place wasn’t even busy. I would not go back.

The last several times I’ve been, the staff seem to be uninterested in serving when I sit in the restaurant. When I order online and it says my food is ready, it takes another 15 minutes before it actually is ready. The worst part, which is why I’ve stopped going, is that this location doesn’t do the BOGO deals on Tuesdays or Thursdays. That is probably the most infuriating part of it.
