Management here is absolutely terrible. The lady that was there with me was extremely nice and polite even with the rudest customers. She was there by herself for hours, every time I called I couldn’t order. I’ve actually walked in before with no one in the building. I rang the bell yelled for people and even walked in the back and yelled again to no response.

This location is like a Pizza hut express or a mini Pizza hut. There are a couple of hard booths there that look like no one ever uses. The atmosphere inside is like a gas station. Both of the ladies that were working were nice, friendly and professional. The food quality was fine. My pizzas were excellent. It’s just the atmosphere in the store. It’s not a place you’d want to bring your family and have a sit-down.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut pizza in a very long time. Found we had one nearby in Nashville so we thought we would give it a try. There basically I’d no dine in available. They have a couple of tables but they do NOT supply napkins Parmesan cheese or crushed red peppers. If you order a drink they give you a bottle from the cooler. The gentleman that was working was very nice and seemed embarrassed of the dine in experience. Just get it to go.

Pizza overall is good. Be careful when placing orders late. You may not be able to have breadsticks if they don’t want to cook them. They also frequently mess up the toppings on orders made in the app.

Completely incompetent! I have essentially been unable to eat pizza since moving to the area. Management does not speak English only ebonics/slang at best. 4-5 times in 8 months and they have failed every time. They couldn’t even cut my pizza or completely cook it this time. Seems to be acceptable behavior given the extended time frame of the awful experiences!
