When in for lunch hubby had the tuna melt, and I had the China Coast salad. Everything was excellent very good but what was exceptional was a girl named Tiffany, running all over taking orders bussing tables I mean this girl should have had roller skates on she was just everywhere, in a good way.

Very disappointing experience. The service was nonexistent, food took way too long, and when it was brought, it was cold. My sweet potato fries were soggy, oily, and cold. We asked for hot sauce and they never brought it. Coffee was cold, we asked for a new one and it never happened. Our waiter never came to check to see if we needed any refills or anything else. She asked if we got our hot sauce when we asked for the check ♀️. Very disappointing experience.

I went for dinner with my husband and 1 year old. We were seated within 5 minutes as the waitress said. They provided drinks, fries and then our burgers. They were consistent with checking in on us and making sure we didn’t need anything else. The food was great as usual. There was a gentleman who stopped to say hello to my son and noticed I was trying to take a family selfie (failing), so he offered to take a photo! Very kind and thoughtful.

Had not been to Islands in a long time. I felt quite underwhelmed by the food and service. The salsa was red, but that was all it had in common with actual real Salsa. The chips were blunt and were waiting for the real Salsa to arrive, but well… The burger I had was good overall. We had a salad as well and it was good, but that was about it.

Great selection of burgers with a handful of non- burger choices also available. Able to accommodate GF diners (Celiac friendly). I found the burgers to be just OK in terms of flavor and much thinner than expected for the price. Great fries. Nice beach vibe and fun with friends, but much better burgers are available for much less money. Our bill for 10 people without alcohol or appetizers was $235 (ouch!).

Update 8/28: Went there for dinner on a Monday night. Had the best quality food I’ve ever had from any Islands. Chicken sandwich was fresh, tasty and moist. Frys were not overcooked and burnt. (They were fresh and tasty) . Increased my rating to 4/5 stars

Islands have been around for a long time. You step into one of these restaurants now and it looks exactly like it did 20 years ago. The staff is polite and efficient. The food is typical chain restaurant food. Not great but not bad either. Prices are on the high side for this type of restaurant.

If i could give it 0 stars i would… Terrible service took almost an hr to bring out our food , my fries were cold and hard , carrots were all old and going bad . waitress kept walking right past us and would even offer a refill or anything……worse experience ever
