This is a joke, I ordered a medium supreme pizza and this is what I got, a small in a medium box, along with a small pizza without cheese that was supposed to be LIGHT SAUCE and clearly slathered in sauce. Considering I live just outside of the delivery zone as well this is a huge inconvenience. I WILL be contacting the corporate office.

The last time we came here we had to wait an extra 20 mins in store after the pizza said it was ready. This time I ordered 38 minutes in advanced, get here and they said it won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Also the guy in front of me was mad because they gave his pizza to the wrong lady at the drive thru and she brought it back and expected him to accept it.

Just curious, I might be mistaken by what ‘our treat’ or ‘who gives you little extras at no extra charge’ actually mean, because every single time I order pizza from this location, I have to check the for any sauce (even if I pay for it) and if it’s delivered, we never get them. The pizza is great but don’t charge me for the extras that are supposed to be free and then not give them to me.

Worst experience. The online service said our pizza was done but when we got there we had to wait 15 minutes. The guy at the register had some type of rap music playing on his phone with cursing. Then I see a girl come to the front and it looks like she has a spit bottle in her back pocket. Out of the 5 or 6 employees they had, only 1 was working.

Used to be good but everything has gone downhill. I ordered the original crust and when delivered (extremely late at that) it can be mistaken for a thin crust. The pizza is way over cooked and the crust is tough. The dessert is probably the only good thing I received tonight.
