Stopped in at five guys in E’ville finally. Overall the experience was good. I forgot how greasy it all was. I need to go hibernate. The bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings was the best tasting burger I’ve had in town. It fell apart all over me and dripped all over me, but it was tasty. It came wrapped in a softball sized tinfoil ball. The bun needs a little more heft to it. The fries were ok, I would have really liked them if they had kept them in the fryer a little longer and got them crispy. Good flavor though, and they always give you a ridiculous portion of fries. One order of fries could sate 3 adults. Fountain drinks seemed to taste better than some other places. Not sure why. The facility was clean and the staff was moving along well. It was fairly busy a little after noon. Not a huge fan of the price (almost 20 bucks for a burger, small fries and a drink) but that’s where things seem to be right now.

Best experience we have had at a five guys in a long time. Fries were perfectly cooked. Burgers were delicious. We have had a few bad experiences when we visited this location last year. It seems like they have fixed the problems because we got great service and good food.

I had a great time. I was eating with my parents. They got a couple of burgers and a large fry. I got a burger. I was going to get a little fry but the cashier warned us the large fry is really for five people. So, I shared the fry with Mom and Dad. Lots of fries.

I order doordash or grub hub from here all the time and every single time it is perfect, it’s delicious, and always always fresh and accurate. This location has the best people working and if you want a burger made right helllooo where else are you gonna go but 5 Guys. If I could I’d give them all a bonus because they deserve it. Never have I ever been to a burger place or fast food place repeatedly and they got my order right every single time. But this location here does. I have serious love for this place along with fond memories.

Grabbed to go order! They had it together quickly. Fries are amazing and a good portion. Double bacon cheeseburger fully dressed is delicious and not a sloppy mess. Perfect amount of condiments.

I feel like the amount of fries have been lowered. I don’t mind spending extra to make sure everyone gets enough fries. But, we’re always told that if we order 1 large that 2 people will have plenty. Then we don’t.

Delicious burger and fresh cut fries… At a price. Everything is a la carte, so it can get quite expensive for a burger, drink, and fries. My family of four cost $40 total. If their prices were a bit lower, I’d rate it five stars. Don’t get me wrong, I understand you pay for what you get. I consider Freddie’s and Culver’s to be comparable in quality and taste and my family can eat there for about $10 less. I recommend, but it’ll cost ya.
