This location has the nicest person working there now , but I Just got this pizza home . I’m feeding my little granddaughter . Holding it while she takes a bite , I felt something funny . ITS PLASTIC . A cut corner of a bag . I contacted Pizza Hut . They did NOTHING about this . Not even a return email or phone call . . That’s why I reduced this to 1 star

The pizza was not made to order correctly. There was barely any sauce or toppings. The cuts of the pizza were not close to being in the correct size. The Cheese Sticks were not cut correctly. The Cinnamon Sticks were cut too many times and at odd diagonal angles removing the sugar topping layer. All of my items were cold. Everything was ruined. I had recently remembered that Pizza Hut was a good option and they made some tasty food. It didn’t take more than 2 weeks and 3 orders to realize that I made a mistake. So disappointed.

I will never order from this location ever again!!! I picked up food on 8/16/19. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. My order was unacceptable whenever I brought it home and looked at it. We did not get the correct amount of wings. Can these people count?? I ordered 2 orders of wings, which is 16. I received 12 wings. My one pizza was terrible. I wanted a thin crust with only spinach. I got a stuffed crust pizza without the cheese stuffing in the crust. There was a gaping hole through the crust and the top was open. I would have rather had the stuffed crust than an unfilled crust. Actually, I would have liked if someone would read directions and make the thin crust that I wanted in the first place. It looked like someone forgot to add the spinach and then added HANDFULS of spinach to it last minute. The spinach was cooked in some parts and others weren’t. Very dry and inedible. There was so much spinach on the pizza, that you couldn’t even see the cheese. How hard is it to make pizzas and count wings?? A previous time I ordered bread-sticks. They came in one big piece uncut! Seriously?? Maybe someone lost the bread-stick cutter??

Ordered to be delivered in 30 minutes…55 minutes later it comes. Pizza stone cold. Boneless wings in a box, naked of sauce, oh wait sauce in the bottom of the box. All this for a 4.99 delivery charge not including tip. NOT AGAIN!!

I was very disappointed to find that both pizzas that I ordered barely had any cheese on them. Not even enough to cover the circle of the pizza to put the toppings on. On the pepperoni one there are actually 2 slices that don’t even have cheese on them at all. This happened once before, but I thought maybe it was just a newbie employee making them and didn’t know quantities but the chances of it happening again and on 2 separate pizzas is ridiculous and tells me that they are being very cheap in their products. Even worse, they charge an additional $2.25 for xtra cheese…

I ordered pizza for delivery online, had the money removed from my account last night and my pizza NEVER delivered. I tried calling multiple times last night and this morning and no one answered. I will not be returning and will be contacting headquarters about my money being stolen from me.

Since most of our go-to pizza places in the area are closed on Mondays, we decided to give Pizza Hut in Harrison city a shot. We ordered a medium pizza at 3pm and we live a few minutes away so we were told 30 mins for delivery. It’s been over two hours and no one will answer the phone at the store and still no delivery.
