Service was decent. Guy was nice. However the food was the absolute worst panda and Chinese I have ever had in my life. The chicken was soggy and old. The rice was so old it was like chewing a rock. This place should be bulldozed if this is what they serve their customers.

Service was fast and friendly and the food was really good and fresh. Tables were dirty but by the time we were leaving they were rectifying the problem. Revisited and everything was super clean including bathrooms. The food was excellent and fresh come check out this location!

I ordered 3 trays of food ($160+) with the special request of no peanuts. There were peanuts in one of the trays, I called back and the shift leader said they wrote my name and would honor a free tray since I couldn’t come back that same day. When I called back a few days later the general manager answered and was rude. She said she cannot honor a free tray and wouldn’t be able to make Kung Pao without peanuts. She said she could give me a free plate instead even though I was already offered a free tray. I tried to explain no one had mentioned there are no special requests. She hung up on me.

Doors were locked 15 minutes before posted 9pm closing time. Then went through the drive thru only to be told that they only had spring rolls and 1 egg roll left. All of this while we could see inside as a worker was sitting down to have her dinner. I recommend going to the Iron wok 2 blocks away.

After 4 times going through the drive thru and getting told they’re out of Kung poa 4 times in a row I’m done with this place. 2 of those times are just after rush hour! Do not go here unless you’re bad with options cause they typically only have 1 or 2 of the meals at any given time. Place is a joke.

Drive thru worker rushed us to order promptly and failed to mention one of the drinks we ordered was not available. We were told to wait in the parking lot only to be brought our food and no drinks. We told the employee who brought us our food that we had confirmed drinks were on the order with the drive thru employee (she read them back to us) and she said she would get her manager. A couple minutes later, her manager came out with one of the drinks and a random box of white rice? Only when the manager came out did we find out the other drink was out of stock. We also ordered 2 plates which are supposed to come with 2 entrees each. Only when we got home did we realize they stiffed us one of the orange chickens in our orange chicken + pepper steak plate. Very disappointed with my experience at this Panda and would not recommend it.

My Wife and I love panda but everytime we order lately there has been something wrong either the orange chicken is slimy,it’s way to spicy,the rice has no flavor,or we get a container full of cabbages barely any noodles .where’s is the consistency!! In the past we have had great food from this place just not recently

Food is very yummy here. This dish is very tasty if you eat it hot. We love broccoli beef, pepper stake and mushroom chicken. Good price. I Iove to eat meat with vegetables so I choose this fast food always. We are regular customer here. I like to come back again and again 🙂 Thank you.
