I bought a sandwich that was made wrong, it wasn’t the first time it happened but it was the first time I sent a message in the app informing the error. I understand that mistakes can happen. I asked for the lunch to be made according to my order. I received an email asking for more details to “investigate” what happened. I reported the error that had occurred and sent the information, the photo of the snack that I did not eat, the order note that showed that the order was made correctly, but the snack was not delivered as ordered.

Worst Burger King that has ever existed. There’s only staff working in the morning. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru… no one talking to me. Every time I come, I order on the app and when I get here 20 mins later, I still have to park and wait. They never have any food cooked. Once you leave Worcester and go to other Burger Kings you see a real difference.
