Very humble Chinese place. I had the shrimp fried rice and it was really good. They gave lots of shrimp, cheap price and it was not greasy. Can tell they use a wok hearing the sounds from the kitchen. I can confidently say that they make the best fried rice in SOMD. Lady at the front is very nice as well.

First-timer. Purchased a small House Special Mai Fun for dinner and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the entire dish was well seasoned. Vegetables were crisp and meats were juicy. NOTHING was dry! I think this is the best mai fun I’ve had so far. The meal was ready in 10-15min and for $7.50, I think it was a great deal! Definitely give it a try if you haven’t.

It depends on who is at the cash register. There is an older lady who is awesome, but when she’s not there, everything seems off. The food doesn’t taste the same and they did something so I had to go to Nick’s to use the atm.

I ordered chicken/broccoli and garlic sauce, steak and cheese rolls and a chicken n cheese steak. my food was delivered a complete mess the chicken/broccoli and garlic sauce was placed in a that was non leak proof and the sauce leaked completely out on the bag getting the sandwich soggy.

FIRST TIME, I ordered from this restaurant. Food prepared fresh, and very TASTEFUL !!!!! FOOD WAS HOT and was delivered promptly. LOVED THE PACKAGING presentation in clear containers! I order shrimp toast..made just like it should…not greasy!!!! The shrimp fried rice…excellent!!!! The sesame chicken…WOW! And the whole fish sub was prepared with more fish than enough! The general tso shrimp was decent. However, my boyfriend and I ordered both the shrimp and chicken chow mein and were delivered what looked to be some vegetable slop soup. Also the spring rolls were INCREDIBLY GREASY!

Really wanted some really good Chinese food which is quite hard to find in this area. Unsanitary conditions and meats of mysterious textures have left me traumatized. After reading reviews, I decided to give New Cafe a try. I’m pleasantly surprised and so glad I did. I ordered chicken and broccoli and fried rice with wings, along with two steak and cheese eggrolls. Steak and cheese eggrolls were cooked perfectly and full of steak and onion! None of that gristle-y stuff. Wings were a nice size, seasoned well and fried hard. Chicken and broccoli- very flavorful sauce with tender slices of chicken. Oh, and let me not forget the half/half to wash it all down, so refreshing and fresh tasting! Not cloudy or too light in color, just right! Went in about 40 minutes before closing time, food was hot and fresh, cashier polite. When we were out the store, she actually came dashing out to give us a sauce she forgot to include with the wings, I thoroughly appreciated this level of customer service, she was very sweet. Glad I tried this place, as long as quality is the same, I’ll be ordering some more!

When you order from this place you will soon realize the customer service is impeccable. The food is cooked very well. I have ordered the general tso shrimp twice and the jumbo shrimp batter had a nice crisp to it. I will order it a little more spicy next time. The person taking the order is very helpful, patient, and explains the menu with its many choices with precision. They honestly care about the customer and it shows at how appreciative and sincere they are when you finish your order. I would highly recommend this establishment.
