The food is decent. Wait staff is habitually lackluster. I did have a decent waiter once, but possibly due to being stretched to thin he wasn’t attentive. I’m not sure what the issue is but it’s been continually the same for the last five years.

We had been to other Casa Ramos restaurants in the area,just not this one until recently. We took our Daughter & Granddaughter here. It was a Thursday evening, but this place was bustling. Our food arrived rather quickly and was delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their Top Shelf Margaritas are the best around . I would highly recommend.

Margarita was lacking tequila. I’ve never had a margarita with so little tequila. Will not return. Food was not as hot as it should have been either. Manager we spoke to couldn’t have cared less. 2 thumbs down.

This is my third visit to this restaurant. This time, we sat in the bar area. Server was very cordial and attentive. The food this time was not as good as I remember, perhaps just what I ordered. As Mexican restaurants go this place would be considered pretty upscale. We will certainly go back

We can’t here after a long day of work. We were starving and very thirsty. Ordered the carnitas burrito. The kept telling my drinks fast and the food was AMAZING. This will now be a go to spot anytime in in the area. Cant really ask for better food abs service anywhere.

We come here at least once a month for late lunch/early dinner. The food is always great and so is the service. The atmosphere is usually very nice but can get a little loud depending on the time of day you are there. Consistency is very important to us and we are always pleased with the performance level exhibited every time we come here.
