We stopped here at 11pm at night after a long day of travel from SeaTac and a couple hours to get home and I’ve never left a review for a Taco Bell before but this place was 100/10. Guy at the drive through was very polite. But when I tell you every single thing we ordered was made perfect. It was all fresh, nothing was wrapped messy. All burritos were all neatly rolled and even my crunchy taco was made perfect. They don’t skimp on portions which was amazing. And I don’t mean they give us more then they should because no, I’m just so used to getting like nothing in my tacos because the Taco Bell by my house is known for shorting people massively so it was nice to see a Taco Bell that cares how your food is made.

We just went through the drive thru and asked for more sauces. The blonde girl was snooty saying there were some in the bag. We looked and there were only 3 packets I could see. After she gave us more (3). We had a total of 13 tacos and supreme crunch wraps. 6 packets is not enough for all 13 food items. Then when we went to eat our tacos, the lettuce was so cold it tasted like it was frozen We also only received 3 napkins for all the food and there were more than 3 of us in the vehicle. I think that rude employees favorite number is 3. So far this is the worst Taco Bell establishment we’ve been to. I do not recommend this place at all. Thankfully there are other ones locally.

Staff are very friendly which helps a lot when you are choosing a place to dump your hard earned salary. Plenty of other restaurants I could choose however this restaurant gives me happy and actual thankful service. The food is always fresh as I can watch them make my food.

Attention Taco Bell Corporate Office!!! Instead of having your poor drive-thru people ask OVER and OVER if you want to add extra meat, sour cream, or to make it spicy, after EVERY food item ordered… have them give a general statement at the beginning of the order: “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell. If you would like any of your menu items to include extra meat, sour cream, or spicy sauce, please let me know while you’re ordering. We would be happy to accommodate those requests!” That would save soooo much frustration on your customers part (it’s annoying to have your order interrupted so many times), not to mention it will cut down on customer waiting times in the drive-thru as well!!! Just a thought! You guys are usually always great though, with a 95% success rate on getting our orders correct!
