Hands down the best Ramen I’ve had. I ordered the Bourbon Shoyu and the quality and authenticity of it is genuinely far beyond the many other bowls that I’ve eaten, especially around here in Louisville, it’s a small restaurant though but the atmosphere is great and the staff were very welcoming so I definitely recommend it!

This place is bare bones, but is hiding really good ramen! I got the chicken shio and a onigiri . The ramen was scrumptious and delectable. If you care about the broth, it was well balanced. I’m glad I got to try it during the first few days after it opened, because it left a great impression on me.
